I've been using the Samsung 26.7 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator with Family Hub for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and features. First, the storage capacity is fantastic — plenty of space for a large household, with well-organized compartments and adjustable shelving. The side-by-side design makes accessing both fridge and freezer sections easy and convenient. The Family Hub with its 21.5" touchscreen is a game changer. I use it daily to leave notes, create shopping lists, view recipes, and even stream music while in the kitchen. It also lets me see inside the fridge remotely from my phone, which is incredibly helpful while grocery shopping. Another plus is the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish — it keeps the fridge looking clean and sleek with minimal effort. The cooling performance is consistent and efficient. Everything stays fresh, and the ice maker works smoothly. Overall, this refrigerator blends smart technology with solid functionality. If you’re looking for a modern, family-friendly fridge, I highly recommend it.

It’s been 3 months and I Love this refrigerator. I did some research and found the side by side type was the best for ice/water on the door. My whole family uses the ice/Water daily. We are disappointed that there is not a light on the Ice/water feature. Tall water bottles with 1” openings cannot be seen while filling. I love throwing up pictures on the Family Hub. Unfortunately the tablet is old school with only 8 gigs of memory, a sub par speaker, and the inability to stream Hulu or Paramount+ to watch the local news or movies. I have enjoyed listening to music on Pandora and Spotify. YouTube videos are limited for reasons unknown. My grands like Alexa and the ability to draw on the memo pad. I didn’t care about the camera feature, but it’s there and I can only see 2 shelves and nothing on the door. All in all, I’d give this refrigerator a 9 out of 10.

This was the best choice I've ever mad when it comes to refrigerators, I have bought new refrigerators for every new house I've brought and this is by far the best, full of space on the inside, light is easy on eyes while looking around. Vegetables stay fresh longer and fruit as well. I'm so happy and pleased that I made the right choice, only one thing I can't keep my grandson off the touch screen panel, he loves YouTube while he eats. I love that I can view my recipes, and make a grocery list, and actually be able to look in my fridge while I'm at the grocery store to see if I have certain items, I just love it. now I will need to get matching appliances, can't wait to see how I can outdo this buy.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. This was a great purchase. I like that you can see recipes on the refrigerator while you’re cooking you can also watch Samsung plus TV or YouTube It connects to my ring doorbell so I can view the front, back door and side cameras on the refrigerator. I can listen to music. View what’s in the refrigerator without opening it. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This refrigerator is absolutely amazing!!! I love the design and the smart feature capabilities! I can watch cooking videos on Youtube, check the news and weather, and one of my favorite features is being able to creat and watch a slide show on the screen using my family photos. There is so much to say about this product. My family and I absolutely love it!!

We love this refrigerator. The ice maker is in the door which makes the freezer bigger and more convenient. The favorite part is the Family Hub. We use Alexa and and then we discovered Samsung TV was on it and the weather. My wife spends a lot of time in the kitcen and she always has this going. It has a camera to see what is in the center of the refrigerator on your phone when shopping. Our model does not seem to have front facing camera, which is my only complaint as we use that a lot on the regular Alexa for drop in calls.However we do use it for voice Alexa calls.We are very happy with htis purchase.

Love my new refrigerator! Our old fridge quit working and we needed it replaced immediately. After doing a bit of research we settled on this one. I love that I can bring up recipes right on the door, with a screen big enough to see the words across the kitchen. The grandkids (& kids) love that it plays all their favorite music & the sound is surprisingly good- especially for a refrigerator. I certainly appreciate the ability to view what’s inside with interior camera. So many functions topped off with entertainment!!

Fantantic Refrigerator thus far! Keeps food cold and make them last longer due to the temperature of the all around cooling feature.Very spacious than the last refrigerator can stock more in frige with plenty of room. Yo do have to make sure you open the door all the way so not to bump the food storage drawer against the door.The technology of the touch screen and Samsung Hub feature allows you access to more exeperience with through the refrigerator and kther connected Samasung products and services. The touch screen is a great feature and apps allows connection through wifi for and internet access and listening to music on variyos platforms. The look inside feature is ok but not necessary due to the lack of camera clarity. The freezer has enough space for us to store more food without having store some food in our second freezer. Overall, an excellent refrigerator and we love it and are enjoying it.

I love the touchscreen feature. What makes this refrigerator so great is I can see what’s inside of the refrigerator when I’m not home, so if I need certain groceries or I can’t remember what’s in the refrigerator? I can always see it. This does have a touchscreen feature on the outside and you can watch Samsung TV channels and YouTube while you are cooking in the kitchen. You just have to have the smart things app. Yes this does come with an icemaker and you can also get ice chips as well. My water container is 36 ounces and it fits you have no idea how convenient it is to get water and ice and no spills. The outside material is smudge proof so you don’t see any fingerprints and when it’s delivered it’s wrapped up extremely well.

I love it so far so good it also has a feature of letting me see what’s in the inside of my fridge from an app on my phone!!! Good to have when your At the store, I need to know what you need and what you don’t need me not over buying because I already have it in the refrigerator lol! Also The speaker is very loud even though it’s so little. It matches my other stainless steel appliances perfectly easy to clean lots of space to be side-by-side. I have no complaints about this Fridge It was worth every penny

This is hands down, the best refrigerator ever. It's features are unlimited. It fit perfectly, looks great, priced fairly, and we love it.

We are really glad we took advantage of the sale that was going on and got this fridge. We love the tablet!!! It's like the thing you never knew you needed! Kids love to look inside and tell me what they want to eat lol. It looks great and we have had it for a little over a month and its been wonderful. We love that there are no handles! The only down side is that it shows fingerprints badly

I find this product to be a nice addition to my kitchen and I love the feature of being able to see inside without opening the door. I can listen to music or surf the net ad pictures and know what's in the frig when I put it in thier and alerts me of experation dates of food. impressive. The only thing I find a safty hazard is the doors when closing you need to be keenly aware of your hand and where it is because their are no handles, just indentations on both doors. SMASH and the other thing I notice that if you don't watch the placement of you feet especaily if you have no shoes on the clearence at the bottom is enought to injure you foot. However with this knowledge I have had any more accidents with these issue sense I am aware and my actions have become normal with the doors to prevent injury. I hope Samsung Notices this and is working on some kind of safty fix for this.

My husband got this for me as an anniversary present this year. Best Gift Ever! There are so many practical features to use on this refrigerator. I can find a recipe in a crunch, leave a note for my son to take out the trash, watch tv or listen to music while I cook, ask Alexa or Bixby a question, use the internet, see who's at the door using Ring doorbell and those are just the high points, I know that some people might say who needs all of that on a refrigerator but with life getting busier every day they can come in handy. One not-so-great feature is the small amount of space between the two doors. Somehow, once when I closed one of the doors, a couple of my fingers got caught in between the doors. It was very painful and I would advise caution on this point. It's very easy to keep clean. I have left the clear plastic on the screen just to keep it nice for a bit longer. It doesn't interfere with the function and is bearly visible. Given time I could probably find more positives to add.

Love the fridge & the smart features. You’re able to listen to music, ask questions etc all while in the kitchen keeping things clean & hands free. The only thing i would want to change would be the stationary shelves - i miss being able to change the height.

Exactly what we were looking for. The fridge connects to out door bell and we are able to see who is in front of the door. We enjoy watching tv or listening to music while cooking. Fridge is spacious freezer as well. Great purchse we are satisfied

Received this beauty and we are very happy with it as we all love anything with gadget to use at home. The fridge is not big inside but it suits our small family of 4. The screen of the fridge is useful as it connects to our ring door bell. Since we hv open living and kitchen area, it helps us to see whoever rings the bell. The rest of functions work well for us. We love the fridge and we also have small chess freezer so the size of this fridge doesn't bother us much.

I'm love it! Enough space for keep veggies and fruits. It seemed smaller than really is. I love the screen for listening music, see there my pictures, find recipes, see my calendar, etc. So far, I have been enjoying it a lot. Totally recommend it.
