The only "complaint" that I have is that the shrink-wrap coating they put on to protect and keep fingerprints off of it during transport was put on before some other parts, so it can be hard to peel it ALL off cleanly. Delivery guys were great and respectful. I haven't had to replace the filter, yet, but the instructions seem to be lacking on how to do it. I'm sure there's a YouTube video out there somewhere.

Ice Maker and Compressor Issues- DO NOT BUY

We have had the ice maker alone serviced 3 times. We even had the entire ice maker replaced and sealed with silicone. It still continues to leak water out of the water/ice dispenser. on 8/20/20 (not even 3 years later), our compressor goes out and all of the food in our freezer is ruined overnight and has to be thrown out. The subcontractor comes out on 8/21 and confirms it is the compressor. It is now 8/28/20 and we still do not have a new compressor, and when calling the sub, he has no tracking information. We spent almost $3000 for this refrigerator (including the warranty), and Best Buy should have allowed us to get a different refrigerator knowing that there is a class action lawsuit for this particular model. What happens when our warranty is over and something else goes wrong? Please do NOT buy any Samsung appliance. Stick to Whirlpool, GE, LG, Maytag.

It's water and ice dispensers are good and the alarm feature that warns you when door is open too long is also great. Only drawbacks are how big the Ice maker is (takes up a lot of space) and that the freezer drawers don't pull all the way out. Overall a pretty good fridge.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for the money, a nice refrigerator. please keep in mind that we've only had it for a month and 1/2, so this is for a brand-new item. we like the flexibility of the shelves, the deli drawer w/ different settings, and really like the convenience of having a filter that's super easy to get to. ice maker and water dispenser have been fine, but there are only 2 of us, so we haven't really put it through a gauntlet or anything. No complaints so far, but if that changes in time, we'll let you know

The Touch control features are really great and easy to use. This have really organized shelving and storage. The Ice maker and water dispenser are awesome. The filter location is very clever than most that is on the way of space. Great buy on this with a huge discounted price. It also has an LED panel that tells you Temps in the front. Cool fridge and convenient all around. Well made and quality is superb.

One downside is the ice maker. It’s a bit loud and the ice comes out choppy. The water comes out awesome though.
