We bought this refrigerator with high hopes. However, within 9 months the ice maker froze up, and would not work any more. We have them come out and service it under warranty. They installed a supposed fix (sealing it better), but that did not work. 7 months after the "fix", it froze up again. Contacted Samsung for work, but since it was no longer under warranty, they would not do anything. I still tried to get service. However, due to the freezing, the door was not closing properly. I had to thaw the ice maker. The tech said that since he could not see what the problem was, he could not do anything. Lost money for a useless service call. Now a month later, it has froze up again. Found out this is such a problem, there is a class action suit about it. Cannot recommend this refrigerator.

This fridge has a lot of space and is a great value for the price. Definitely recommend it.

We were worried when we had to find a large refrigerator to fit in a space under 37". This one is great!

To start no one in the store knew anything about refrigerators. The first refrigerator showed up too big for my space because no one asked for my measurements. Then I had to stand in the store to find the correct width on my own by searching online. Finally found the right width. Then the next showed up with broken and missing pieces and a water and ice maker that didn't work. The next came and it seemed fine but now after a week the handle on the freezer broke off with just the normal pull to open it. I have been super disappointed in this and wouldn't have kept it except I needed a 33inch wide fridge. This one was the largest with that width so I had to keep it.

For a smaller refrigerator, it has lots of space and versatility. Excellent quality! Love it!

Love my new Samsung refrigerator. Interior of both fridge and freezer is well designed for easy accessibility. Only drawback is no egg compartment. Other than that there is so much room that it doesn't pose a problem. This fridge is only 33" wide not the more popular 36" width.
