Terrible Design and untrustworthy.

We purchased it in May, 2020 and have had nothing but problems. The refrigerator temperature is unstable and varies from 39 to 60 degrees. We have lost a good amount of food and the panel is not consistent with temp readings. Additionally, the ice maker has frozen solid three times, and we cannot remove the ice bucket--even after manual defrosts. Trying to get a Samsung repair order has also been difficult.
