Unfortunately, it never began cooling properly — both the fridge and freezer stayed in the 60s, even after setting the temperature and turning on Power Freeze. I contacted support and was told someone would come to inspect it — but not for four days, and if it needs to be replaced (which seems likely), that could take another two days following inspection. In the meantime, I’m losing fresh food I just purchased, and it’s becoming both costly and difficult to manage without proper refrigeration. I understand that things happen, but it’s frustrating to have this kind of issue with a brand-new appliance. I hope Samsung and Best Buy take this seriously — this has been a disappointing and expensive experience.

Especially for households that like different options it has. Keeps all my produce fresh in the fridge and the freezer is all set to keep my meats and poultry frozen to the right degree. Love the width and it’s capacity. The one downside it’s a large refrigerator.if your home doors are 28 in width, your option would be to take it through a large sliding door or window. I ended up having it taken through a window. Overall great refrigerator. Thanks. Isam
