Also, this thing makes one 8 cube tray of ice ever 12 hours. I speak with an in-store associate, and he's like, yeah that's common with Samsungs and attempts to try and sell me a countertop ice-maker. If you knew this was a common problem why did you not mention it before selling it to me? So I file for a tech to come look at it, 1st guy replaces the ice-maker and motherboard and leaves, 2 mins after he left the fridge starts making a loud banging noise every 10-15 mins. So schedule another tech, I don't remember what he replaces but it seems to work. Ice-maker works decent for a week or two, then back to 2 trays per day. Tech must have dented the stainless because I know I didn't and don't have kids, have to stare at dings in the stainless around the ice-maker every time I go to the fridge. Other then that I cant think of any cons, or pros...

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
Although the ice maker is capable of making 10 pounds of ice a day, it's only capable of holding 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop.
You can also get in touch with our BestBuy Customer Service department at (888) 237-8289, available 24 hours a day, for the dent that the tech possibly dented your fridge.
