It never stops running and is loud and annoying. It only hooks enough ice for about 3 glasses. The ice despenser has a gap which causes ice to end up on the floor useless you use s hige rimmed cup. Same for the water dispenser.

Freezer door pops open

It looks very minimal but it lets a lot of hot air in and everything melts.

Just the opposite. From day one, smudges and fingerprints show up constantly. Very disappointed. So far, the fridge is functioning ok but cosmetically, very let down.

There is a scratch and crack on the outside ice maker. The delivery people took a picture and wrote a report. Told me I’d be notified in a few days. It’s over a week now.

Fast forward to March 2021 and the compressor went out. Due to poor customer service on both Best Buy and Samsung I am now waiting 3 weeks for repairs just so I can now have a $1400 refurbished refrigerator. This is a shame as I always purchase my appliances and other electronics here and Samsung brand. Never expected this. Buyer beware!!

Dented fridge

Can’t call the store only a call center so drove to the store and luckily it was still there. After getting it home an unwrapping it there was a dent right on the door that did not happen from hauling it. Tried to call the call center and was on hold for forever, called again and got hung up on. Sent an email and never got a reply.

Scuffs and scratches inside new fridge
