Called Samsung and notified all test results, reboot, defrost, etc. and seems like sealed system leak. First repair visit came after seven days. They diagnosed a sealed system leak, but they does not fix leaks - needs a "specialist." Now Samsung is making us wait another 20 days (!) for a repair company to come out for another attempt. Five months it worked, and now we are without a fridge for a at least 27 days. Unacceptable.

Absolutely no complaints with it. Did pull a dumb and had to remove the doors myself due to door gap issues in my house, but that’s on me. Only negative I have is at the top of the doors where the plastic covers the bolts it’s loose no matter what we do, because it’s only held down by one bolt. Outside of that I would recommend it if you wanna go modern, but not sell your soul away for it.

Refrigerator purchase and installation experience

Product is excellent and definitely a great choice. Delivery was in a timely manner but people who delivered said that it takes 4 people to take it upstairs. Had to reschedule 3 times the installation since the first two customer service persons screwed up delivery by canceling and not willing to help finally the third person straightened it up. And at the end it took just 2 persons to complete everything.
