The appearance is very good given the fact that it does not have handles, which is why we considered it for purchase; but precisely this feature has given us headaches. The fridge is advertised as "fingerprint proof", that's right, you might not see the fingerprints, but YOU WILL SEE THE DENTS; Sometimes my wife and children close the doors by touching any surface, not in the places designated to close the doors; This is normal, it will happen from time to time, and we are not talking about strong slams; Now we have different dents on the doors. The "clean" look of not having a handle is lost with the horrible dents. Not happy with this purchase.

Unfortunately, it never began cooling properly — both the fridge and freezer stayed in the 60s, even after setting the temperature and turning on Power Freeze. I contacted support and was told someone would come to inspect it — but not for four days, and if it needs to be replaced (which seems likely), that could take another two days following inspection. In the meantime, I’m losing fresh food I just purchased, and it’s becoming both costly and difficult to manage without proper refrigeration. I understand that things happen, but it’s frustrating to have this kind of issue with a brand-new appliance. I hope Samsung and Best Buy take this seriously — this has been a disappointing and expensive experience.
