This product is as advertised. The features make everything so convenient and pleasant. It provides so much space i hsve yet to fill it to capacity. The exterior looks so stylish and sleek i have gotten nothing but complements. We are happy and so satisfied we cant wait to replace our stove to match our new fridge. Highly recommend and the price is just right and affordable.

So far we have not had any issues but then again we've only had it for about 3 weeks. It is frustrating that the ice/water dispenser area does not have a light. So if you are dispensing something when it gets a little bit dark you can't see what's going in your cup unless your cup is see-through. I guess that makes it first-world problems but still would be nice to have that area lit. Just makes no sense that it's not is all. I am also a little concerned about other reviews that are all talking about the ice maker. We definitely notice that it is slow to produce and that is going to be a concern for us for a family of four during the summer. I have seen other reviews where they have said that the ice maker has completely quit working. Again haven't experienced that at this point in three weeks and hopefully we won't. We bought this refrigerator on the spur of the moment because our current one died without any notice and this was one of the ones that was available and I didn't really do any searching of previous reviews prior to purchase. Otherwise the refrigerator is overall very aesthetically appealing to look at and I do like the fact that the refrigerator and freezer part seem to be quite large. I do also like all of the pockets in the doors.

Looks stylish, finger print resistant surface, quiet and very roomy inside. Water and ice dispenser has no light in the cavity, wish it did. Also ice maker is not the fastest but does the job. Overall, a great value for the money.

After 12 years, it was time to retire our old fridge & upgrade to one that better suited our growing family's needs. This refrigerator has made an excellent replacement. While comparing various brands & styles of refrigerators on Best Buy's website, found this model has one of the largest freezer compartments available, of those offered in this price range. After installation, we've been pleasantly surprised with the amount of convenient storage space available throughout. It's very well lit up inside & even has a door-open chime alerting one if a door has been accidentally left ajar. We are very happy with this purchase & highly recommend it to others.

We needed a replacement fridge as our other 8 year old fridge slowly got warmer and died. We tried to revive her but after 2 services calls we realized that getting a repair done is a waste of money; It appears as if it is a way to sell compressors and service. Long story short due to the pandemic and shortages of black refrigerators we ended up at Best Buy and found the Samsung in black stainless steel to match our other appliances. So we settled for this model and have been happy with the purchase. The fridge comes with a 10 year warranty and a filter/water/ ice maker. The larger size helps if you have a family to feed there is plenty of room. The only negative, (if it is really a negative) is that there is no light on the water dispenser. It is a little thing to complain about and you could get yourself a little LED light, but it seems like a big mistake on Samsung's part. The icemaker is small so be prepared to find a way to store more ice..like ice trays or ice bucket. Also the fridge is deep so you may need to get some small storage bins on Amazon.

Lights aight turning on in the fridge and its not registering the temp. Imma try and troubleshoot some more but ill probably have to contact samsung. Seems like an easy fix

The Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator is perfect for my everyday use at home. The Positives: -Nice looking -Large Capacity/Space -Coolness distribution Some Negatives: -Very light small dimple on front door. Unable to confirm if the product sustained it prior or during installation. Nevertheless, Best Buy made it right and I still feel great about my purchase. -Small Ice Maker Bin Capacity: This is still ideal for me. If I need extra ice I store in ice bags and keep in freezer. -Small Ice Cubes: This is still ideal for me. I personally want small ice cubes but this is a personal preference.

I love this refrigerator. The color is beautiful in my kitchen. It is easy-open with indented handles for easy access. The inside is roomy with ample shelves and drawers on the refrigerator side and freezer side. The ice maker on the door front has three choices for water and ice.

This is a really large refrigerator, wide and tall! Make sure you measure 3 x's. We had to cut out the corner molding to get it to fit. This is my first side by side and I love that I can open both doors and see everything without bending over. There is ample room in the freezer (even pizza boxes) and bottom drawers on both sides. It's like having two fridges with the additional storage on the doors. This is a very quiet fridge except for when ice is dropping. Icemaker/water dispenser is easy to use and doesn't make a mess. Fingerprints wipe off easily with Windex. I don't like the alarms that go off when the door is left open. It's annoying and you can only turn it off for a few minutes and it starts beeping again. Fridge and freezer are at correct temps. When you receive your new fridge, be prepared to spend 30 minutes unwrapping all the tape and protective wrap from outside and inside on every shelf. I gave this a 4 star because I don't like the alarms. Otherwise, it's a really good fridge for a good price.

Overall happy with my new refrigerator. The delivery experience was great an swift. Very professional behavior and careful. I had my previous refrigerator for over 12 years so it still early days. The Samsung is very efficient, makes virtually no noise. Only thing I would change is the quality of the shelves, they should be of better and stronger glass.

We have been real happy with the refrigerator. The refrigerator runs very quiet. The interior lighting hasn’t been a problem for us, as some mentioned. The ice maker has been more than adequate for us and we like the amount of storage and depth of shelving in the refrigerator and freezer. We are pleased that the ice maker is designed to minimize its footprint in the freezer leaving more room for food. The ice and water dispenser in the door keeps hands out of the ice tray and thus seems more sanitary. Our well water was always good, but is even better filtered through the dispenser. Finally, we like the style of the refrigerator and the way the handles are incorporated into the edge of the doors. Overall, we have no real negatives to report.

Great fridge, spacious and maintains temperatures well. Stainless is easy to clean. The only issue I have had is it takes a long time to flush all of the water lines for the ice maker before it is actually clean.

I love the Samsung appliances , the only thing is that I did not pay attention to the size of the ice maker . It’s kinda small . Overall it’s great .

The refrigerator itself makes good use of space, the doors also have a nice feel when they open and close, like they’re tight and good quality feeling. My only negative is the icemaker, I realize it produces 3lbs of ice a day, but it feels like its not producing enough. Always find myself out of ice at some point and have resorted to keeping a couple ice trays in the freezer for emergencies

Samsung quality is top tier on all their products. I like the storage capacity on this fridge , easy access filter and temp settings and controls buttons. My only downside to this fridge is there is no light when getting ice/ water on the outside door. Other than that i love my fridge.

The fridge has plenty of room, The issues are the ice maker is small and the ice chute can get blocked after awhile causing cubed ice to become crushed ice and then eventually no ice until you clean it out. Another feature that it lacks is a smaller meat/cheese drawer.

Love our new Samsung refrigerator. Have been using this for about a month now and it works great. We have absolutely no complaints- food is cold, there is a lot of room in this model, and it's well lit inside (which was a concern after shopping around and seeing what is currently available). We don't use the water or ice often but every time we have everything has functioned as expected. It's beautiful as well. This was a replacement for a 21 yr old appliance that died and it's definitely inspiring a new kitchen makeover. I will be shopping for the rest of our appliances at Best Buy as we went all over in search of any replacement refrigerator we could find quickly and Best Buy was able to deliver on excellent customer service, best in-stock merchandise, and over-all best shopping environment and experience.

This fridge is so flush. I love the fact that it has no handles, it takes a bit to get used to, but honestly, the flush clean look it gives our kitchen makes this one of our most favorite fridges we've ever owned. It has so much light inside on both sides, the refrigerator side and the freezer side. Bright white LED lights all over, lots of shelf space and lots of freezer space. One down side is the ice maker is a bit small, so consider that if you and your family use lots of ice. This one works well for me and my wife since we don't use as much ice.
