I like the space and item capacity of this refrigerator. The only drawback I have is the quality of the ice maker and its dispenser. The ice seems too chunky for the dispenser and it has a hard time crushing said ice and dispensing it. Ice does not fall within the specified area. Chunks fly all over the place.

Bought to replace an older Samsung with finicky ice maker and issue of fridge door getting very hot to touch. This fridge has nice exterior, once you get the clear plastic film removed (good luck around the seals...) Interior is spacious but miss the deli drawer at eye level. Led lights in fridge and freezer are nice, but for the life of me I can't understand why Samsung can't put a usable light, of any type, in the recessed area of the ice/water dispenser. Yes, the blue indicator light is there but of no help for visibility.... Touch buttons for ice/water seems to be a different spot each time you use it. We thought the single lever you push your glass against for ice/water would be a nice touch but now wish I had the separate levers that our old fridge had. Speaking of the old fridge, when the ice maker worked correctly it easily kept up with our usage. This new one I assume is working correctly but hasn't kept up from day one. I love Samsung products for their quality and innovation but for this fridge and what it cost, I will hope for the former suffer with the latter... As for the online best buy experience, went very well except still have not received anything on the 3 year geek plan I purchased....

Great Refrigerator, deep door trays for gallon jugs, ice maker and water dispenser work great and are designed well. Shelves and drawers seem well designed and built

Love love this refrigerator! Amazing how much more space I have for a minimal upgrade from previous refrigerator. Especially like the “no handles” feature.

This purchase replaced a faulty Open-Box of a much more expensive unit from a different brand. Thing is though, we like this one as much as the other unit that originally cost almost $2K more! We chose this model for our second home in Florida originally and then duplicated the choice up North and love the huge capacity and the overall way things are laid out. We thought we would not like the fact that the shelves are not adjustable, but they have worked out just fine. Plenty of places for those big jugs of milk and tall bottles of various things. And with lots of space, you don't end up jamming things together so much, so things don't get lost and the shelves don't end up so "yucky" either - it's easier to keep clean. According to our appliance repair guy, it's a much better arrangement to have the ice maker in the freezer compartment instead of in the refrigerator compartment. We can agree with that since our last fridge died a slow death due to the fact it was a French door model and had the ice maker in the refrigerator compartment. That's a mistake we won't make again. We have never had a side-by-side before and thought we would not like it. It turns out we were wrong and really like the design.

I love this refrigerator; it's the perfect size, and I also like the storage space. The color was just right, and it arrived very quickly and very well protected.

Great expansion from our old fridge, spacious on both fridge and freezer. Ice maker works as well as it should have, bucket filled within 24 hrs of plugging in. Household of 2 adults and getting ice once every couple hours, we have not needed to wait for ice to be made. Operation is very quiet and hardly noticeable. It took a total of 2 hours from plugging in to getting cooled/cold enough to store food.

I only had this for about 6 weeks and had to return because I just couldn't get used to a side-by-side. Last time I used a side-by-side was over 25 years ago so it was hard adjusting to not having the full width of either the fridge or freezer. I will say this fridge is very spacious and should be able to meet a large family's need. One annoying feature is that the bottom fridge drawer is awkward and it is a bit difficult to get things in and out. The lack of adequate storage space in the freezer door was a big let down for me as this where I store lots of everyday ingredients I use for cooking. The fridge on the other hand has ample storage space on the door which I absolutely love.

This is a beautiful refrigerator with lots of room including the freezer. After transferring all the food from our other 26 cu ft packed fridge, this one looked almost empty. I really like that there are no handles on the doors and it has easy to understand controls. The only thing I would change would be a bigger ice bucket or make ice faster or both. We use a lot of ice so I put a plastic bowl in the freezer to fill up with extra ice from the icemaker so we don't run out.

I love it's sleek, clean, trendy design, with temperature control panel for both freezer and fridge inside, very spacious and does its job well.

I purchase a refrigrator from best buy and am extremely satisfied. Its spacious, energy efficient and keeps everything perfectly chilled. The sleek design fits beautifully in my kitchen. The delivery was prompt and the setup was hassell free. Highly recommended for anyone.

Got it on sale, so far its been great. It fit perfectly in the space needed. Only thing is, design wise, theres no catch for water overflow from the dispenser but it doesn't take away from the overall design. We are satisfied with our purchase.

I wanted a slim design refrigerator with a large storage capacity and this refrigerator fits all my needs. The all-around cooling is amazing! The installation was quick and easy. I love the LED lighting and the filter is easy to remove. I would 100% recommend!!!

It's very spacious. Ice maker is a little slow. The delivery guys were very cautious of scratching our doors and walls. They were very professional on how they delivered our refrigerator. Not a single scratch on the refrigerator.

Had it for a little over 3 weeks and it works perfectly. I'm amazed at how much more room it has over my old refrigerator and it fits in the same spot. They really know how to maximize space in this refrigerator. I went grocery shopping and we still have plenty of room left. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this purchase.

I love this fridge. It fits perfectly in my space and it gets COLD!!! Great size for my family and gives me all the storage I need. I purchased it from the Best Buy Outlet store so it has a small dent on the freezer door, but the black finish is so nice it camouflages the dent.

It is very spacious and acts just like a fridge/freezer combo. That's why I give it three starts. Here's why I deducted two stars: - The shelves can not be moved up or down. They are stationary. It really sucks because I could create more space if I was able to move the shelves around. Oh well, nonetheless there is tons of space. - There is no light on the water/ice dispenser. How dumb, I mean how expensive is that really? A ight should be standard, even on models that are on the low end of the spectrum. - Here's the biggest reason I am deducting stars and even writing this review in the first place: my ice dispenser stopped dispensing ice after 15 months, and the fridge is now out of warranty. Good thing I bought a Geek Squad plan with this. The ice maker will work if I take the cover off and use the 'test' button to force is to flip over, empty the ice and then refill but it won't do it automatically. Look all in all, its a spacious and cold fridge/freezer. I like it but certainly don't love it or want to rave about it. I've been buying Samsung products strictly for about 12 years now and have watched the quality of their products decline over the years. I just bought a CGR5 gaming monitor that TBH, sucks. The cameras on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and absolute crap. Samsung has just lost it. They don't really care anymore. They care more about profits than customer satisfaction. Show me a Samsung product that is not almost entirely made up of cheap plastic, and I bet you can't. Even their highest teir most expensive products will be full of plastic... Anyway, again, its a fine fridge but could be better. I don't regret my purchase but the next time I need a fridge, I will look at other brands before buying.

Our LG fridge blew a compressor recently, so we picked up this Samsung model. Pros: - Space. There's plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. Both are well-lit by LED lighting. The upper produce compartment is topped by a glass shelf, so (until we start filling that shelf) we can see everything in that compartment. Plenty of door space for milk, drinks, sauces, etc. - Large water/ice dispenser. Our previous fridge's water/ice dispenser was short, requiring me to tilt large glasses and press the switch with my finger to dispense. This fridge accommodates our largest cups. - Stainless steel finish. The finish really is fingerprint-resistent! Old fridge would show prints if you looked at it funny. - No protruding handles. Old fridge had handles that jutted out 2-3" from the front surface of the fridge; this fridge has recessed finger grips in the center and top door edges for pulling the doors open. - Temperature display. When first plugging in the unit, the temperature display inside the fridge shows the actual temperatures of the fridge and freezer compartments as it cools. - Icemaker in door. This saves a lot of space in the freezer compartment for groceries. Cons: - Protective plastic coating. Like most high-end appliances, this unit came with a protective plastic wrap covering the stainless steel doors. Manufacturing apparently wrapped the outer door shells in the plastic, then attach the shells to the doors, because the plastic is tightly wedged into the seams, leaving little plastic tufts surrounding the doors. I'm still trying to pull them out. - Water dispenser buttons. The 3 dispenser buttons (water, cubed ice, crushed ice) seem to be capacitive touch buttons. Today I was desperately trying to switch to water, but my presses wouldn't register. Later on it seemed fine. - Dispenser lag. Dispensing ice incurs a ~2.5 second lag from the time you actuate the switch with your glass to the time the dispenser motor activates. Minor annoyance. - Crushed ice dispensing. I tried dispensing crushed ice today, and it seemed to shoot everywhere! Maybe I didn't hold my cup close enough to the dispenser opening. - No dispenser drip tray. This refrigerator has a recessed cavity to catch spilled water/ice. Our last refrigerator had a removable tray. Not a huge deal, but I've been using more paper towels with this fridge.

Wonderful product, looks great lots of space. Easy install. Though scheduling the installation itself was an absolute nightmare.
