If your shelves are full the ice maker won’t work. We have had service out twice and they said it’s such a poor design because you can not actually use the whole freezer.

It's a little bit more simpler and didn't have what I felt was the same or better features...I even think it may have been missing a freezer door tray.

The bad, it leaked almost immediately from the freezer, which is the reason I replaced an older fridge. I should have contacted BB immediately but here I am with a new appliance that has the same issue as a much older appliance.
