    It produces a very small amount of ice. It doesn't has a light for the cold water dispenser. Yes, in the 21st century, Samsung removed the light for it. Go figure.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.

      The ice maker is capable of making 10 pounds of ice a day, it's only capable of holding 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop.

    Plenty of space keeps everything cold and at the right temp. Ice maker works good. The water dispenses a little slow but is about the same as any other fridge I had with ice and water dispenser.

    Issues that came up with this started the moment I got it. The surface is very sensitive and was scratched just taking it out of the box. The shelves do not adjust in any way and are not tall enough for a 2 liter to stand in. The ice machine did not work well at first and it struggles to make enough for a 2 person household. Water bottle doesn't fit under the door dispenser. Fingerprint resistant is a farce. Would not buy again and I feel stuck with something I am not happy with.

    Very frustrating! The ice maker was a problem from the beginning, but it was just slow to make ice. Within a year or so after purchase it stops making ice motor went out. Oh sorry this isn't a warranty item. its obsolete now and don't make the part anymore..... buyer beware!

    Water/Ice dispenseris poorly designed. Water spills ALL over when getting water. Thia happens to adults, my children are forbidden to get water/ice because I'd the mess they made. I wish I could return this bad purchase i made, not knowing this was a "lemon fridge" :'( Also no cold food drawer. That's a NO, NO, NO.

      If water spills all over, make sure to check the water pressure.

      If your water pressure is too high or too low, the water valve may not close correctly, triggering a leak. Your water line should have enough pressure to fill 6 ounces (or 3/4 cup) in less than 10 seconds. Dispense water into a measuring cup to confirm the amount.

      If, instead, you suspect your water pressure is too high, contact a plumber for assistance in reducing the water pressure. It should be between 30 and 130 psi.

      And if you're using a Reverse Osmosis system to filter water, this may cause the water pressure to be too low. In this case, contact a plumber for assistance in increasing water pressure.

    Okay so I don't actually rate this fridge as 1 star but I feel like 1 star in a sea of 5 stars makes the average shift as much as it needs to because this fridge is perfect except for one incredibly glaring flaw: The water spout is just about impossible to line up with a cup. I was really excited about having filtered door water, but every time I need water I need to reach in behind with one hand and push the button and hold my cup steady with the other. It's not the worst problem in the world and I'm probably not going to return it for this, but it's just such as absurdly moronic and easy to fix oversight. It's like no one ever even tried to fill a normal cup up with water during testing.

    Never buying from Best Buy again bought a fridge that included a $100 digital gift card that was supposed to be emailed to me and had to call their customer service but no one there was able to tell me why I could not receive the digital gift card and was told they were going to get the issue escalated but have not heard back from anyone, or received my giftcard. Never buying from Best Buy again their promotions are lies. Only reason I bought my fridge from them was because of the $100 gift card that I was promised.
