Only to have the compressor go out. I waited an entire week to have a technician to come out to be told it would be at least another week for parts to come in and even longer for the technician to come back out to install the new parts. This is a new refrigerator with a bad compressor. How long will the life of this refrigerator be if the compressor is already gone out? We live in Texas where temperatures are already getting up to over 100 degrees with no refrigerator. A refrigerator is a necessity. We have purchased a lemon and it is not fair!!!

Then the emailed a day be before to advise us they would deliver next day and the time period. The on the delivery day they emailed to tell us within a 30 minute span of delivery. Wow What service.

It is doing what it supposed to be doing, I have not had any leaks or problems with it, the ice is good and enough. I definitely recommend this refrigerator!

How they come to my house, connect my frig, then leave without making sure the water and ice machine is working. They all need to be fired and best believe they ALL better be glad I wasn't home when then did that sorry instalation hook up. But like I said about them not properly connecting the washer and dryer, yes, they didn't check to see if that was working either before they left... This will be the last time I order any appliances from Best Buy ever again, since they can't deliver at a time when I need them to, so I can make sure I'm home. Sorry if I'm in the medical field helping family members and can't be there when YOU WANT ME THERE. PATIENTS AND IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN CUSTOMERS COME 1ST. The first year I had Samsung out twice trying to get the refrigerator repaired. They said that nothing was wrong with it. The refrigerator gets extremely hot on the front edge. The fan quit working and now the freezers not working. Will never purchase another Samsung product.

Fridge side freezes produce and liquids even at a temperature of 44 degrees. You can not set the temperature above 44. The only area that does not freeze is the door where condiments are stored.

Bad experience with the refrigerator

The techs came by atleast 3 times so far and have not been able to fix the issue. We have items going bad everything since it's not cooling properly and still waiting for a refund on the item. Bad experience with the refrigerator during the entire summer when it's much needed.
