    Bad electrical, Has Cold Spots

    Two major problems: 1) The appliances trips the GFI outlet, every time. This a known problem. The Samsung repair guy said it’s a problem with the house wiring. The electrical contractor says GFI circuit is required by code, and he refused to change the circuit. I had to replace the GFI outlet with a standard outlet myself, against building code. 2) The fridge has cold spots. Some items don’t get cold, other items freeze. I’ve never seen that, and I’ve owned at least 10 refrigerators over my life. Sorry to disappoint, but this is not a good appliance.

    Ordered this fridge 3 weeks ago and delivery got postponed each week, left work for delivery no call no show. Ended up canceling order and found cheaper at Karl’s!

    Extremely disappointed, the delivery date has been changed several times. refrigerator was delivered with huge dent in upper left corner of door and another dent on side. refused delivery

    Not even ONE star rating. Horrible purchase. Ice dispenser quit working 19 months after we got and out of warranty and Samsung is not helpful at all.

      A few factors can cause an ice maker not to work. If the ice maker appears not to be making any or enough ice, low water pressure or a faulty water filter may be to blame. When the ice maker makes small, cloudy, or clumped ice, it could be something as simple as a dirty water filter, low water pressure, or high mineral deposits in your water. In the event of a frozen ice bucket, some troubleshooting may be needed, and service may be required.

    Refrigerator lasted 4 days and then stopped cooling. Display said freezer was at -3 but everything was thawed. Unfortunately Best Buy's customer service performed even worse than the refrigerator.

    Beware of buying open boxes model!

    Bought an open box model! Asked if anyone was wrong with it, they said no it just has a dent. Got it hooked up and it lasted 2 days prior to it leaking refrigerant! We called Samsung and they sent out a technician and said it looks like someone tried to work on this before. But now we are without a fridge for 2 weeks or longer!

    Our new refrigerator

    It's been almost identical to our last one. I do miss not having a butter tray, and also miss the extra door shelf. But overall it's a good replacement.

    What bothers me most, is that there is no light on the water/ice dispenser. The refrigerator door is VERY heavy. I have to be careful to close it and not just push it lightly as with my old one.

    The guys were 10 times better then the 3rd party ones that had dropped something in the morning. I have 2 difference orders. Amazing the difference

    Delivery sucks men to weak to carry up fridge. My daughter and I carried it up the stairs. I’m 61 . Called and complained got not even we are sorry. Will pay off card and never shop there again.
