    I have never had a brand new appliance and I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator!!!! The wait time from when I ordered it to when it was actually delivered was awful. But I LOVE MY NEW FRIG!

    We like it but the only thing we have against this is the ability to open freezer door because it is too close to the wall which does not allow it to open fully. Not you fault

    Refrigerator does not cool properly

    Worst refrigerator ever! It cools only the top half of the refrigerator then freezes other. My milk curds and salad wilt. I hate I ever saw this refrigerator. I have lost so much money in replacing food and taking off for a repair person to come out. Then Samsung has the audacity to say it’s my fault for buying to much food. I wish I food get my money back for time, money, and sanity wasted

    Beautiful fridge but water and ice stopped working after three days. The panel refuses to switch from water to ice.

    So much room! The door shelfs are so roomy so we have so much more room on the normal shelves. It’s absolutely perfect!

    Don’t purchase this refrigerator

    Refrigerator started leaking water underneath leaving a puddle. Eventually I noticed after 3 days and it was a mini flood that warped my wood flooring. Brand new already leaking!

    This is the worst appliance I’ve ever owned. I’ve had it for 2 years and 3 months. We never liked the ice maker - it always spilled ice all over the floor. But when the fridge was 2 years old (exactly), the ice maker started to freeze and no ice would come out at all. It would just make a grinding noise. We repeatedly cleared the ice exit but it would freeze again in a couple of hours. On Christmas Eve the condenser died. We lost all our food - frozen and refrigerated. I am beyond upset that a 2 year old refrigerator dies. I would never buy another Samsung appliance.

    Delivery was delayed multiple times but we love this new refrigerator (great ice maker). Took 2 months to get and delivery and installation (water line) was perfect.

    I never write reviews, but felt like I needed to warn people DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE! Broke in a year and a half and replacement fan is rare. Bought many Samsung around the same time and never again will I buy Samsung because of this fridge. Just hope the rest last longer.

    Already had scratches. My older stainless steel refrigerators lasted more than 10 year w/o a scratch. They don’t make things to last any more

    Best Buy Service is horrible. I paid for relocation of old Fridge but the guy who delivered didn't want to move the fridge and said I will get my refund. Its has been 6 weeks and after talking to 4-5 different geek squad associate, I still dont have my refund. I must have spend 5-6 hours on phone in the last 2-3 weeks with no luck. Horrible service.
