    I have only 8 months with this product, and it's not working anymore. It's very bad quality, I never expeted something like this. I am very dissapointed, and bad customer service. They only help when you are buying something. How sad!

    Having problems on display screen won't work can't resest Samsung fridge stopped working and overheating not staying cool. We only had it for 1 year and a half I did not recommend this brand started having problems after a year

    [Employee of bestbuy] We really did enjoy the fridge unfortunately it would not get cold. We let it sit for a week and not once did it go below 80 degrees

    not even 2 years. having issues after a year. 2 main hard drives and a compressor.

    Stopped working after 4 months. Samsung needs some serious improvement on appliances. My dryer went out after 1 year, they have had tons of issues with top loading washers, my first Samsung fridge couldn’t make ice. Very disappointing

    The refrigerator is average and over-priced. The delivery people did not deliver the product as scheduled, this was the second time this has happened. The refrigerator was dropped off in the hallway. The refrigerator had visible scratches on it, this was supposed to be a brand new fridge.

    Bought this in late January of 2021 and 10 months later stopped cooling completely. Warranty work can't be done for a week and not only did $300 worth of food spoil I had to by a back up fridge so we can have food. Would not buy again.

    I was excited to have this much space in my fridge but….it proved to be a bad decision. The shelves are all VERY deep and it was difficult to reach all the way to the back. Plus, everything at the back of the shelves got “frosted”. Not good.
