    Product came late and they left after 2 minutes of being at my house after I talked to them on phone and said I was 10 minutes away then when I wanted a refund they said I have to wait to get a check now I'm stuck without a fridge

    Unit stopped cooling after 6 months ! Temperature inside fridge was 55 degrees ruining my food .. Samsung won’t send a technician out until next week ! Absolutely unacceptable Samsung !

    Worst delivery ever

    Took almost 3 weeks to get my fridge. They rescheduled 3 times. They came to my house but couldn’t get the fridge upstairs. I had to buy ice/lunch/dinner and even adjust thanksgiving because of the delay.

    Never buy an open box item from Best Buy.

    I had some parts missing and both Samsung and Best Buy refused to solve the issue. If you buy an open box item you have no warrantee and no service

    Ordered it had to wait for ever to get it. then on delivery day the delivery truck broke down so we had to reschedule another three weeks out that’s when we just canceled the order went to Lowe’s got a better fridge delivered in just a couple days. Would not recommend

    I really liked this refrigerator until 11 months in the compressor and fan go out. They could not replace the part so they offered refund. Still going through processes to get refunded for food.

    Had to wait for the washing machine... was delivered twice damaged....third time was delivered correct.....no help on phone to talk to the correct agent....was kept on hold for hours....and then they hang up on you.....not a good experience
