    Ok, but....

    Seems to be good fridge. Very large drawers, deep. Needs more shelves as shelves are spaced out way far. no butter enclosure. digital controls on freezer and fridge temp. No light on water/ice dispenser to see what is happening oin the glass. Coming from a handle door to this no handles is a major change, making it hard to put a load back into it.

    NOT fingerprint resistant black stainless

    We bought the fingerprint resistant black stainless steel on oct 2020 and and it is NOT fingerprint resistant at all. You barely touch it and with clean, non greasy finger and you can see it easily! The ice maker is inconsistent with a small ice storage capacity. Even though the ice storage is full, it struggles to dispense it. The shelves and door containers cannot be adjusted at all, can only be removed.

    Unreliable ice maker and dispenser - AVOID Samsung

    Ice maker stopped dispensing after 2 years. TWO YEARS! Called for service, and the technician indicated the ENTIRE left door needed to be replaced for over $500. We decided to do it but they couldn't even source the parts after 6 months to repair the refrigerator. Samsung customer experience was not good as they couldn't even explain if a part was available. Instead, they wanted to send someone out again at cost to me. I will not be buying Samsung appliances in the future. What a waste of money and resources.

    WORST water dispenser

    SAMSUNG ThE WORST I had Samsung for 12 years and never had issue never the dispenser ever dripped so I ignored all the advice given to me about not buying Samsung and I bought it.Water dispenser is dripping after you fill the glass and then water slides to floor and it’s dangerous as I have small kids . I called got it replaced same issue so I called Samsung and they say DRIPPING Is normal I DONT ACCEPT that sometimes a drop here and there yes but always like 5-6 drops always need to clean dripping water is not normal . DONT WASTE MONEY. SAMSUNG NOT doing anything about it .

    I loved Samsung products. my new home had a new refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Unfortunately, if you have an issue their service is incredibly bad. When I had problems with the ice maker Service Quik who they contract with came out on 3 occasions and still could not repair it. On one trip the serviceman actually dented my new dishwasher. I called the next day, sent photos etc. They finally replied that it was a he said she said and that they would not repair the damage. I tried to get in touch with Samsung about this and received no reply. At this point I have to advise anyone thinking of buying Samsung to look at another brand. I don't want you to have to deal with what I did.

    Total experience was a joke!!!! Several days late on delivery. Promises made but never kept. Was told I would get a credit but never got it!!! It will be my last appliance purchase from Best Buy!!!!

    Don't buy this refrigerator

    Very disappointed with this refrigerator. We had it for less than a year (plus we bought an extended warranty) and this refrigerator is horrible. I would give it zero stars if I could. We started having problems with the soda freezing on the refrigerator side. We called Best Buy ad they said we have to call Samsung for the warranty. We did and they told us we had to have a repairman diagnose the problem first BERFORE they would send anyone out. We called 5 repairman, they quoted us $250 for the diagnoses but when they found out it was a Samsung they said even if they diagnosed it they wouldn't come out to fix it because Samsung is awful at paying warranty repair. Not one of them would come out. They also told us Samsung has a class action suite against it. Now we are stuck with a $1500 refrigerator that we have to unplug once a week for a day so it some what works. DO NOT BUY>

    Bought this refrigerator just over a year ago and it started making a loud noise and then stopped cooling on the refrigerator side. Spoke with customer service because it is over a year it is no longer under warranty. Do not purchase unless you want to buy a refrigerator every year.

    The refrigerator overall is a nice refrigerator, but it came damaged. Doors would not shut right. Had to take it upon myself to get it fixed.

    The absolute worse ice maker ever made. Just read all the reviews. Stick to televisions Samsung, your engineers obviously don't know how to build an icemaker that doesn't freeze up every 5 days. And Best Buy shame on you for knowingly selling this refrigerator when there are numerous lawsuits against the Samsung company for selling a defective ice maker in their refrigerator. Stop selling these Best Buy. They do not work. I am shopping elsewhere. You can not be trusted.

    Samsung side by side refrigerator

    Bought refrigerator Oct 2020 and the ice maker has gone out. Also I have set the refrigerator temperature at highest temp a food freezes. Also, you have to turn off the water to change filter which means I have to move the refrigerator to turn off the water or turn off water to the house. Very inconvenient!

    Need a new one 3yrs later

    It worked fine until the 3rd year when the water pump went out, and you had to replace the whole door. To replace the door is just as much as a new refrigerator.

    The water dispenser is a joke. We had a power outage in our area and this refirgerator stop working ( all other appliances in my house work except this one). Now i have to wait a week to get the repairs done. Too much hassle, please do not buy this one.
