    Bad refrigerator

    If I could go below a 1 star I would, since I bought this refrigerator I have had geek squad come out 8 times and replaced 2 items. Freezes my fruits and veggies it over heats all the time. Geek squad has been horrible had several appointments that they don’t show up no one calls and lets you know that the appointment has been cancelled. Over there new warranty has been the worse experience with Best Buy so far. So far I have a useless refrigerator that the insurance won’t replace and have to go buys another. Definitely not going to buy with Best Buy again. Going to just buy another refrigerator with another company they definitely lost my business.

    Dud refrigerator

    Junk. Never got cool, food sat in it all night and everything in the freezer defrosted. The ice maker never even started to make ice, which I guess is a blessing because at least I didn't end up with a freezer full of water. Bad thing is now I have to wait for 5 days with no fridge.

    Been repaired 6 times in about 15 months. 1. Not cooling 2. Not cooling 3. Ice maker 4. Not cooling 5. Had to come back next day because not all my food spoiled since the tech totally screwed it up where it did not work at all. 6. Snow in freezer DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

    Bottom shelf at the back of tge refrigerator freezes everything and have had issues with tge ice maker not worker twice. Its only 3 years old out of warranty and issues.

    Pretty outside, but poor use of space inside

    Beautiful outside, but not very usable inside. There is no deli drawer, and the shelves are not adjustable-- therefore, a family sized turkey won't fit, and deli meets/cheeses have no place to be stored except on an open shelf.

    Useless & lousy. All their texts say rest assured we will fix the problem; just give us your details. Freezer went out and had to throw out all the food as it went bad. Here I am; two weeks later and a refrigerator that is one year & 8 months old and still not fixed. The least Samsung could do for their customers is pick people who can speak English if the are to sell their product in America.

    Stainless Black is just a temporary film on fridge

    DO NOT BUY!!! The stainless black finish is just a temporary film on the appliance. It will flake off over time! The fridge looks awful when film starts peeling, and samsung wont cover defect! There have been several lawsuits over this. Google “Samsung stainless black appliances film flaking off”. You will find several lawsuits.

    If had do all over again i sure would not buy this brand.Just had it 1yrand 1 month and when first bought it ice maker didnt work so replaced it but still didnt do well take 3 days just gey bin of ice than soon winter come get all kinds of ice soon heat picked up now back to no ice again .I mean come on i think when everone needs ice .So call them and tell me do all kinds different stuff to the freezer now got wait 24 hrs again see it make ice.

    The worst refrigerator ! Start frizz all my groceries since day one ! Call samsung company, they want to send the tech and i will havw to pay for the tech and for any problems. 4 yars i have this fridge and hundreds of dollars in garbage. Frizzing all thw groceries.

    very poor quality. it is broken in 2 years. samsung customer care does not care customer satisfaction. it is only one year warranty. i highly recommend don't buy samsung fridge.

    I've purchased this unit at the beginning of the year while still under manufacturing warranty the compressor stop working. I've been back and forth trying to get this resolved through Samsung and several weeks later there is still no resolution. I'm hoping at some point Samsung will make this right by the consumer of their products. RS27T5200SR.

    I have nothing bit problems with Samsung producys. Weather it is the fridge, dishwasher, stove or microwave, all products have disappointed. Hsd no choice, as that was installed in my flipped hoise. Had to finally replace my fordge afyer years of problems. Stay away from any samsung appliances!

I have trauma from the experience - it took 3 months, 6 failed deliveries, hours spent on hold, and an employee named Jennifer that was the epitome of this crime scene of an order. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I will never be shopping here again.
