Works great. Keeps my stuff cold on the left, less cold on the right. Ice maker occasionally makes too many ice cubes that fall on the floor, but that's a first world problem. Great value for the price.

We were thrilled to find the fridge we wanted and on sale. The low delivery price factored into our decision. However, we're not overjoyed to have to wait a week after our move-in date to have the fridge and washer/dryer delivered. There is no recourse to getting the date you need, and the response from the schedulers is pretty flat and uncaring. However, the first guy in the Snellville store who actually sold it to us, was stellar; so kudos to the floor sales people and meh! to the online delivery people. I can't review the delivery, or how the appliances work until time has passed.

I absolutely love it!! E searched for awhile before we settled on this model. We have a large family and it suits our weekly groceries and is so good looking. Love the no front handles. It keeps the kids from hanging on them.

Samsung products in general are elite. This fridge can be almost considered a work of art! Lots of room inside as well and you can barely hear it’s running. I highly recommend this refrigerator and all Samsung products.

Nice looking fridge. The Ice maker/ice & water dispenser does not work properly and we are a couple of weeks out of warranty. The ice does not freeze all the way and gets dumped into the dispenser, causing it to freeze inside the door dispenser. The water also constantly leaks from the dispenser, also possibly the cause of the freeze up? We have had to thaw it out, changed the filter, called support many times. We now have a new fridge that essentially does not have an ice maker because we had to turn it off. Incredibly frustrating after a kitchen remodel. Could be poor design since ice maker is actually in the door and not inside the freezer unit itself? Unclear. But we will be selling and purchasing a different brand. Very disappointing. Loved the look and bought the entire kitchen suite. (Not impressed by anything but the gas stove -although it had its issue with paint actually popping off when first using it, and the hood.)

There are a lot of things we love about this fridge. First, no handles and fingerprint free finish...amazing. Second, it's HUGE. There is just an insane amount of room. This may only be my second positive but it's such a huge bonus...it's just incredible how big it is inside. The downfalls....the ice maker. It is a tiny ice maker that cannot keep up with our family of four. We have resorted to ice trays in addition to the ice maker, huge disappointment. Second, the door dispenser doesn't have a light. Not a deal breaker either, but it can be challenging when you are trying to get a late night drink. Overall, still pretty pleased. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

Love this refrigerator! Lots of room and great ice cubes! Very sleek looking without the handles and easy to clean. It would be nice if the shelves were adjustable but it’s not a big deal to us. Great for the price.

This has been a great buy. I still haven't learned all that I can fo with any programming but I lobe this refrigerator!

We love our new fridge! It has lots of space and both the refrigerator and freezer sides are wide enough for almost anything. The only negative is no light on the water/ice dispenser.

This fridge is excellent. It has plenty of space and is very quiet. It does lack a water tray as well as a light for the ice and water dispen, but this is only a minor annoyance and not a deal breaker. Great fridge.

I’m actually super surprised that this has been rated as highly as it has. If the water and ice dispenser are not a feature you’re relying on, you might be ok but there are a few design flaws I am compelled to point out. If the water and ice dispenser usability is a deal breaker, you’ll want to read this before purchasing. The biggest issue I’m having right now is the water dispenser. The lever that you press your cup against is triggered to dispense water ONLY if you press on JUST the right spot on the lever. I’m used to simple water dispensers where you can press the cup anywhere and water comes out. It should’t be this difficult to get a cup of water and manage to stay dry also. The other issue is, the nozzle placement where the water comes out- that’s a really big problem for me. Its situated at the front of the water dispenser- so now you have to press your cup on this lever in just the right spot where your cup is tilted way to the back of the dispenser, away from the nozzle so naturally,unless you have a giant cup, water will spray everywhere. A very poorly thought out design. Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t think so. The other design flaw that really chafes me is the doors. If you happen to be resting your hand on one door near the recessed handles and open the opposite door you will crush your fingers or hand between the doors and let me tell you, those suckers are thick so it hurts. Be advised the dispenser has little or no exterior lighting so if you are trying to get a midnight cup of water just know you might be fumbling around in the dark unless you are so inclined to turn the kitchen light on. I just don’t understand how these things passed any market research that was done. I like the capacity of the fridge as a whole and the fact the ice is housed in the door, thats a real space saver. Maybe I’m just spoiled by the twenty year old Whirlpool that came with our house. It really was perfect it was just getting on in years and we felt it was time to upgrade. We were between a couple of refrigerators but we kept coming back to this one due to the really good reviews and it having the features I wanted. Had I known about the design flaws, in hindsight, I’m pretty sure I would have gone with another brand. I’m contemplating returning it but really don’t want to deal with the hassle. I’m just really disappointed about the crappy dispenser and door hazaard and wish Samsung had not gone on the cheap with the near-useless water dispenser lever. Stock up on giant wide mouth 32 oz cups unless you want to be soaked after every water dispenser encounter. Also know that the front is super super shiny and will highlight every dent the refrigerator happens to pick up. The refrigerator was delivered with a small dent, which to Best Buy’s credit they were were responsive and found an acceptable resolution. The delivery went smooth and the delivery crew was prompt and courteous. I’m just really ticked that I’m possibly stuck with a refrigerator with a feature I’m pretty reliant on that does’t work thecway it should for…maybe the next 10 years.

It is an excellent fridge with lots of space to fit everything. The freezer space is great, too. We like the door handles being hidden as it decreases the depth. Overall, we are pleasantly pleased with it.

We were moving, and we checked out all the stores in the area and even a little further out of town and Best Buy was by far the cheapest deal not only with the best customer service, but the delivery was set /scheduled and delivered and installed on time. Very pleased.

I love the fridge and the space inside. Not having outer handles is a very sleek look, everyone likes it! My only complaint, is the ice maker really stinks. After 2 days of barely using any Ice, the ice maker still isn’t full.

This is a great refrigerator. Looks classy outside and very nice interior. Size is perfect and the ice maker works really well with good sized ice cubes. We love it especially for the price. Great value.

VERY nice ! Howvere I'll point out a few thing NOT obviuos unless you specifically look- Shelves are NOT adjstable, 2Liter bottles have to go on door shelf. Settings Panel is INSIDE the fridge, must open the door to use and adjust. Water dispenser is SLOW, very slow. Ice making takes a long time to fill the supply. This is a GREAT fridge for use, albeit with the above mentioned shortcomings which may/may not be important to some. Mine is running, so I better go catch it!

Great refrigerator, it keeps food very cold which is good. I love the icemaker, its super economical.

I knew that this refrigerator’s ice maker was slow based on reviews and trust me it is slow. So i went to the dollar store and bought some ice cube trays. Otherwise its a good deal for the money. It cooled down quickly and I’m happy with it. I had a different Samsung refrigerator before and it was sold with my former house. My daughter purchased the house and she is still happy with it.

Very attractive refrigerator. Love the no handles. At first water dispenser was dripping at first but I assume it just had to let gaskets in it get settled or wet. Otherwise fridge is definitely good buy
