Very spacious and quiet refrigerator. Ice bin is a little small but the space you get from it being all in the door is worth it. My only complaint is that the shelves do not adjust.

Great look, loads of space. I love the ice maker on the for and not taking up a shelf. Only issue is ice cubes are small and not much is made. Otherwise truly recommend this product.

Love this refrigerator! So much space, fits everything with no problem. Freezer has plenty of room. Fridge keeps all of the drinks very cold! Perfect and very affordable, and beautiful.

Bought to replace an older Samsung with finicky ice maker and issue of fridge door getting very hot to touch. This fridge has nice exterior, once you get the clear plastic film removed (good luck around the seals...) Interior is spacious but miss the deli drawer at eye level. Led lights in fridge and freezer are nice, but for the life of me I can't understand why Samsung can't put a usable light, of any type, in the recessed area of the ice/water dispenser. Yes, the blue indicator light is there but of no help for visibility.... Touch buttons for ice/water seems to be a different spot each time you use it. We thought the single lever you push your glass against for ice/water would be a nice touch but now wish I had the separate levers that our old fridge had. Speaking of the old fridge, when the ice maker worked correctly it easily kept up with our usage. This new one I assume is working correctly but hasn't kept up from day one. I love Samsung products for their quality and innovation but for this fridge and what it cost, I will hope for the former suffer with the latter... As for the online best buy experience, went very well except still have not received anything on the 3 year geek plan I purchased....

We were moving, and we checked out all the stores in the area and even a little further out of town and Best Buy was by far the cheapest deal not only with the best customer service, but the delivery was set /scheduled and delivered and installed on time. Very pleased.

I’m very happy with my Samsung refrigerator. It has plenty of room and is very well organized. The vegetable section offers great space, keeping everything fresh and easy to access. There’s also lots of room for all my groceries, and the freezer has more than enough space for meats and other products. Overall, it’s spacious, convenient, and works perfectly for my needs.

Nice refrigerator. Easy to connect, easy to move, easy to use the controls, Spacious, quiet, and does the job. The filter is NSF/ANSI certified, but remember to shut off the water supply before changing the filter. The interior is well-lit, but it's lacking a light for the water dispenser, so it gets an A-.

I’m actually super surprised that this has been rated as highly as it has. If the water and ice dispenser are not a feature you’re relying on, you might be ok but there are a few design flaws I am compelled to point out. If the water and ice dispenser usability is a deal breaker, you’ll want to read this before purchasing. The biggest issue I’m having right now is the water dispenser. The lever that you press your cup against is triggered to dispense water ONLY if you press on JUST the right spot on the lever. I’m used to simple water dispensers where you can press the cup anywhere and water comes out. It should’t be this difficult to get a cup of water and manage to stay dry also. The other issue is, the nozzle placement where the water comes out- that’s a really big problem for me. Its situated at the front of the water dispenser- so now you have to press your cup on this lever in just the right spot where your cup is tilted way to the back of the dispenser, away from the nozzle so naturally,unless you have a giant cup, water will spray everywhere. A very poorly thought out design. Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t think so. The other design flaw that really chafes me is the doors. If you happen to be resting your hand on one door near the recessed handles and open the opposite door you will crush your fingers or hand between the doors and let me tell you, those suckers are thick so it hurts. Be advised the dispenser has little or no exterior lighting so if you are trying to get a midnight cup of water just know you might be fumbling around in the dark unless you are so inclined to turn the kitchen light on. I just don’t understand how these things passed any market research that was done. I like the capacity of the fridge as a whole and the fact the ice is housed in the door, thats a real space saver. Maybe I’m just spoiled by the twenty year old Whirlpool that came with our house. It really was perfect it was just getting on in years and we felt it was time to upgrade. We were between a couple of refrigerators but we kept coming back to this one due to the really good reviews and it having the features I wanted. Had I known about the design flaws, in hindsight, I’m pretty sure I would have gone with another brand. I’m contemplating returning it but really don’t want to deal with the hassle. I’m just really disappointed about the crappy dispenser and door hazaard and wish Samsung had not gone on the cheap with the near-useless water dispenser lever. Stock up on giant wide mouth 32 oz cups unless you want to be soaked after every water dispenser encounter. Also know that the front is super super shiny and will highlight every dent the refrigerator happens to pick up. The refrigerator was delivered with a small dent, which to Best Buy’s credit they were were responsive and found an acceptable resolution. The delivery went smooth and the delivery crew was prompt and courteous. I’m just really ticked that I’m possibly stuck with a refrigerator with a feature I’m pretty reliant on that does’t work thecway it should for…maybe the next 10 years.

Spacious , elegant; it comes out a little bit since size dimensions, were well advised though, minimum ice maker noise , and no finger marks , makes our kitchen look so nice and big.

Love my fridge. The lighting is excellent, very roomy. Looks very sleek. I should have been gotten a new fridge. The depth is way better holds more stuff.Freezer is perfect

I am very satisfied with this refrigerator. Great price. It was immediately available and was delivered within 72 hours. The delivery was will done, my old refrigerator was removed and the new one installed. I was amazed at what ease they were able to navigate the narrow space for removal and install. The refrigerator looks very stylish. I like the no door handles design. It is spacious both on the refrigerator and freezer side. My only suggestion to Samsung is they should consider adjustable shelving. This would allow for individual customization.

I want a black stainless steel fridge with a decent price tag but most importantly functionality. I searched high and low and kept coming back to this one as well as the matching stove. We purchased this on sale so the price was good! It is great. The freezer, freezes and the fridge is cold. I had to turn it down a few notches. the space is good for all our needs. I can say though the only complaint I have is the water and ice dispenser. Works wonders but the way it comes shooting out you end up with water or ice every where. So what we do is hold the cups up to the top where the water/ice comes from so we don't have issues. Other then that this is a very good buy.

Easy to operate, all the controls are on one panel except for the ice/water dispenser and those are on the dispenser. Love the shiny black stainless steel! The refrig is very quiet, another plus from others I've had. Brightly lit interior for both the refrig and freezer. Doors were a snap to attach after it was slipped thru the front door and within a few minutes it was plugged in, rolled back into place. Only wish I had bought it long before I did. No complaints here, just sleek, cool or cold elegance with cold water, ice and crushed ice! Verrrrrrrry pleased.

I've had this fridge for at two months. The only thing this great fridge is missing is a light of some sort in the water/ice dispenser area. I knew that before buying the fridge from other reviews. Still bought it and i have no regrets.

The refrigerator itself is great. It has lots of space and looks great. Unfortunately the ice maker is sooo slow. It's hard to believe that a refrigerator that is obviously built to serve a large family has an ice maker that doesn't even come close to keeping up. We have a 12 year old Whirlpool in the basement that makes at least double the ice in a day that this thing makes. I've set the freezer temperature as low as it would go and have not seen any improvement. The ice bin is in the door and is very small. I emptied the bin and didn't use any ice for 26 hours and it couldn't even come close to filling the small bin. If the ice maker doesn't matter so much to your household this is a great refrigerator and I would highly recommend it. I'm seriously considering returning it.

I had this delivered in May of 2022. I was very nervous about buying this Samsung refrigerator due to bad reviews , however after speaking with sales rep at Augusta , GA location he told me he had sold many of these and not one return so I took a chance because it had everything I was looking for and it was beautifully made in sleek black stainless steel. It has almost been a year now since purchased and I have had no problems with this refrigerator at all. It cools and freezes perfectly . My only complaint is not that ice maker breaks or any problem with water or ice maker , it works fine , my complaint is the dispenser button for ice maker is very touchy, very finicky to push to dispense the ice . You have to place your glass just perfectly correct and sometimes while pushing dispenser button with glass , you have to move your glass around while pushing down until it finally catches and fills your glass either with cubes ice cubes or crushed ice . My second complaint is ice maker is extremely small and does not hold much ice . If you fill 2 full size thermoses ice is empty and takes a 2-3 hours to make more ice . Ice maker works fine no problems there , just length of time to make or refresh ice once emptied and finicky button for ice dispenser. Other than that the refrigerator is a 5 star. It has plenty of room in both freezer and refrigerator. Easy to understand instructions, simple to figure out and seems Samsung has made a much better ice dispenser this time . Thank you Samsung for correcting the ice maker issues . You still need to improve on ice maker though . For people that have busy households they need larger holding container or trays and ice dispenser button needs work still . I’m ending this review with it is a nice , modern looking refrigerator, cools great, freezes great , ice maker stated above

We were thrilled to find the fridge we wanted and on sale. The low delivery price factored into our decision. However, we're not overjoyed to have to wait a week after our move-in date to have the fridge and washer/dryer delivered. There is no recourse to getting the date you need, and the response from the schedulers is pretty flat and uncaring. However, the first guy in the Snellville store who actually sold it to us, was stellar; so kudos to the floor sales people and meh! to the online delivery people. I can't review the delivery, or how the appliances work until time has passed.
