Great refrigerator and great space! Love the stainless steel look

The fridge is nice. The water dispenser could be better; getting the right angle to not create a puddle on the floor is tricky. The delivery team dented the door while moving it and blew me off when I said something. Best Buy is bringing me a new fridge without hassle, so otherwise, this is a satisfactory resolution. For the price, the quality is considerably high compared to their competitors.

Fridge worked fine since I get it. I disconnected the water line for about 6 months and now the ice maker is not working. The tech came and attempted to fix it but has not been able to. Other than that I am happy with my fridge.

Overall Very quite. The lighting is very good with no dark spot. The all around cooling system is exceptional. A great value. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to love this ref. but it makes only two buckets of ice a day. I will be calling service on it soon. the ice issue is very common on this frig.

We were looking for a replacement for a too-small fridge for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kiddos). We have a pretty open space so we didn't have any size limitations. This fridge is HUGE (in a good way). What don't I like? My ONLY gripe is how it expels ice and water. Even the cubed ice setting ends up looking like crushed and the water squirts out at a weird angle. If I'm filling with water, I use my finger to push in the thing and keep the cup about 2 inches away from the fridge, and water squirts in just fine. The water works, this is just a weird design and really my only gripe. What do I like? EVERYTHING else. The shelves are sturdy, the drawers slide easily, the icemaker is in the door, so it gives us storage back in the freezer. The inside is bright and I love the way the handles don't stick out.

Bought this fridge for our basement. We love the black stainless steel finish. works great and it quiet. Also a great price.

I love the space in this fridge and freezer. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because of the ice production. This doesn't keep up with my ice usage (and I'm the only one who uses it!) 4 pounds of ice per day is not sufficient. There also isn't a light where the ice/water dispenser is.

We are loving our new Samsung Side-by-side. Lots of room in both sides for lots of food!

Fridge has a very sharp design. I love the space inside. The biggest complaint is the ice dispenser. There are significant issues with this dispenser. Ice gets caught up and jammed. There is a huge delay between when you hit the button and when the ice starts dropping. The opening to the dispenser jams and freezes over frequently. Because of this it ONLY delivers crushed ice. I rarely ever get a cube that isn't broken apart. I would not have purchased this item had I know this was so poorly designed.

Gorgeous refrigerator with lots of space inside for all your food items. Because the handles are integrated, it works well with appliances from other manufacturers. Only issue is overspray of the water dispenser which runs Down the front of the refrigerator…

I love that I rarely ever hear any noise coming from the fridge even when it is making ice it’s still pretty soft. The shelves can definitely hold a lot. Loveeeeeee the black stainless steel!!

Was leaning towards staying with Whirlpool but we wanted to upgrade size-wize from 24 cu.ft. to 28 and the Samsung was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. So far so good I'm impressed by performance and quality overall and the fridge does look pretty cool in black stainless steel.

I really like the style of this fridge and it has worked well. No issues so far. I would only recommend it if someone didn't have a budget and wanted their fridge to look nice. Functionally, you could find a cheaper option if you don't care about the aesthetic.

Love the fridge. Plenty of space for everything. Freezer is good size as well. Only downfall is the ice maker. There is not enough ice stored, ice is made quick, just not enough.

Freezer - Good use of space with ice maker in door instead of inside the top of freezer. Fridge - large drawers, door storage, and consistent cooling even while fridge is quite full. No handles create a nice sleek look. Price was lower than comparable models. Highly recommended.
