Cooled quickly. Easy install with Geek Squad. Very spacious even for a big family. The only knock is the ice maker seems a little small and underpowered.

I love my new Samsung side-by-side - it meets, and exceeds, all my expectations and fits perfectly in my kitchen space.

We like this refrigerator. It is very roomy and chills well in freezer and Refrigerator compartments. Two shortfalls: 1) At the recommended 37 degrees Fahrenheit, the refrigerator freezes any vegetable or fruit near the back wall. We have adjusted to 38 degrees and don't know if this will resolve the problem. 2) Instead of three drawers on our previous Samsung (Meat and cheese, fruit, veggies) this one has only two drawers and the bottom one is very small.

We had this same refrigerator at our old house and when we moved we left it. So when we bought our fixer upper we decided to buy the same fridge. Only dislike about it is that it does not have a light for the ice and water dispenser.

Grear refrigerator, startup was quick and the refrigerator cool off fast! Looks amazing too!

Nice size fridge. The only problem so far is the ice maker freezes up and won’t crush or dispense cubed ice sometimes. Also a little noisy

Haven’t had it very long so unsure of longevity. Works great! Refrigerator is cold. Freezer stays frozen. Ice machine only puts out about half the cubes sometimes. Ice bin only holds a small amount of ice, so even though the bin comes out...it won’t fill even a small ice chest. Open door alarm is a good feature if you have children who stand in the door “looking” for something to eat... Shaleves in refrigerator side are not adjustable but....are deep and widely spaced. Door shelves are the same.

We are so happy with our new refrigerator. It is good looking, spacious, ice maker/water in door works great. Very glad to go from our older 2 door refrigerator with a freezer drawer to a side by side that is easier to keep organized and see what you have. Btw, the delivery and install by Best Buy crew was excellent! Polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

Very big inside and looks awesome! Only little thing is that it doesnt have a water collector
