The exterior surface is easy to keep clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't have a light in the door for the ice and water dispenser. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but it is after all. The drawers are on the bottom, so bending over will be required, so those with back injuries should buy with caution.

I typically prefer bottom freezers but this side by side has many if not all the features you will want in a new refrigerator. I like the look of black stainless and I am not disappointed!

Our refrigerator arrived with a dent, for which options were provided. In the end, we kept the refrigerator and Best Buy extended their best customer service efforts.

Good refrigerator/freezer, but fails practicality.

The spout is positioned to far of distance from the back where you push your cup with, so the water shot all over the floor missing the cup completely. If you have a cup that has an opening of 5"-6" diameter that you will use, this will not be a problem. There also is no light to illuminate the dispenser area. I added a stick on miniature light. Other smaller issues that I can live with are the fridge meat drawer does not close against the surface of the tray above it, leaving 1/2" space, shelving on freezer door is very thin and even though the specs say your egg storage shelf may vary in appearance, this model has no egg storage shelf. I will get used to the smaller things but I will constantly have to pay attention to the water dispenser trajectory.
