Fast delivery and setup. The fridge is larger inside than the old one due to streamlined design of the freezer section. No exterior doors, they are build in as notches on both doors.

However, don’t buy anything from Best Buy because they are the worst. They cancelled the delivery without notifying me ....twice. Never once apologizing. The installation was quick and easy but they scratched my kitchen floor. Again, the refrigerator is good, it’s got plenty of room , and it looks sharp. Do yourself a favor and buy this from anybody else. Literally anyone but Best Buy.

I had to return the whirlpool due to it not working properly. The swap out was made very easy by the Geek Squad and I would always recommend Best Buy for their great customer service. My purchase was made in August 2021, which was a hard time to purchase appliances due to the pandemic, but again I say the Geek Squad did what they could to get me a new fridge as quick as possible.

No handles for kids to climb or grab. It has stayed pretty clean. The reason I didn't give it a 5star is because the water that comes out spits off far and I make a mess too frequently. When I push my cup to the fridge so water comes out it always spits past :( Other than that I love it!

I was concerned that there wan't a tray to catch the water at the water dispenser. I have not had any issues with water dripping on the water dispenser tray. I will be monitoring as time goes on and the water dispenser has more use. The refrigerator is larger inside than I thought it would be and it holds more than our previous refrigerator and takes less space. Happy with the purchase.

Only issue we have with this fridge is the ice cant really keep up. We def use a good bit of ice with family and all during the summer and its constantly running out. Have to be careful running the ice empty during the hot summer because it will sorta melt into large pieces that will get stuck in the ine dispenser. Overall though the frigde is great and would def recommend.

TINY ICE MAKER-NO LIGHT

I have to buy ice now & put it in the ice bin. No light on the water dispenser, so at night you have to turn on lights so you can see & not overflow the cup. Ice cube shape makes water splatter all over. If I looked more carefully I would not have bought this. Not even summer & I have to continually fill the ice bin from bags of ice I have to buy now. 2-3 bags per week & it's winter! REGRET purchasing this as I use a lot of ice & my doggies love ice cubes.
