About same size exterior as old one with handles, but the handles are part of the door so there is so much more room in the door. Ice maker in the door so it doesn't take up room in the freezer. Side by side is a must as one gets older, we don't want to get down on our knees to paw thru the freezer with stacks on stacks of frozen stuff. What in the heck are manufacturers thinking with the freezer for other styles on the bottom. Love this one.

I love the look of the black stainless and have had next to no issues with finger prints. The one con I have noticed is that since I don’t use the ice dispenser very often it tends to crush the ice at first instead of giving cubes like is selected, but I write this off to the ice sticking together and the dispenser having to break it apart.

BEST FRIDGE FOR A TALL PERSON!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This fridge is super convenient for me as I'm on the tall side and hate to bend down to get to the freezer on traditional french fridges or regular 2 door fridges with the freezer on top and having to bend down to the fridge. The water to me taste good, I ran a couple cups through the lines before drinking, you also may need to run the water to let out air bubbles from inside the hoses. Air bubbles in the line may cause the water to leak when not in use.

Make sure to measure your doorway first (had to take off my door to fit it in). Also make sure you are setup with water hookups to make installation easier. This fridge is awesome, large, cool, and has a ton of nice controls on the inside. It also has a nice cool blue light when its on and working and makes my food look that much fresher.
