Love this refrigerator obviously amazing its been 2 years going good so far

This is the biggest refrigerator I’ve ever owned. It’s deep and it has plenty of room for bigger things like a gallon of milk or 2 L bottle of soda in the door. I read online there were some reviews about the icemaker not working properly or not making enough ice for two people but I have not found that is the case. Our icemaker is working great I am 100% pleased with this refrigerator at this point. I love the stainless steel I have dogs though so I have to clean often. Overall very happy!

I would have thought that a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser would have a light. This one does not. Also, the ice dispenser does not work consistently. My opinion has greatly decreased based on the fact that my appliance came damaged, and I was only offered a small gift card. If it was sold like this in the store, it would be discounted much more than what I was offered. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience and will probably no longer shop at Best Buy.

Excellent fridge! Our food stays fresh longer and organized. The storage it’s amazing we don’t need extra containers. The quality and design is so good we are thinking of buying a second one for my parents.

It’s a nice sleek style but the water spout is only designed for wide mouth cups. Makes it hard to fill up a regular glass cup. We have to hold the cup and push the water button. Very annoying.

We are very happy with the Samsung refrigerator it works great and very easy to operate as the climate control was already set with the digital thermostat inside. Best feature no fingerprints with the black stainless.

Amazing double door fridge and freezer. The ice maker is awesome. We love it!

We absolutely love the fridge. Ice machine can be a little slow at times to dispense, but otherwise no complaints. The stars are knocked off due to the sticker underneath the ice dispenser. We left the plastic protective layer on for a little bit to have that “fresh new fridge” feeling again a couple weeks later. Turns out the left door didn’t have any plastic on it, and the sticker was placed DIRECTLY on the door! This photo is the result of trying to peel it off and remove the paper/sticker bits with water. As it’s stainless steel and I don’t want to mess up the finish, I called customer support. While she was nice and understanding, they couldn’t do anything aside from issue a small credit as it was “cosmetic damage”, out of date to be assisted with, and we didn’t buy the protection plan. Only advice she could give (which I am appreciative for as I don’t have many options at this point) is warm water with baby oil. Next trip I’ll need to purchase some and hope it can be removed without discoloring or damaging the finish.

Thank a fridge has a lot of room for all my food, cools great and the ice maker works fine. I really like the two door style with the freezer and fridge on opposite sides. The stainless steel is fingerprint proof which I’m glad that I don’t have to wipe prints off all the time. I would definitely recommend.

When opened, the doors extend past the outer side limits. Keep that in mind if installing near a wall.

Went from an old fridge with no space or water system to this new fridge with a large amount of space, a water hook up and ice cube maker! Absolutely love it and can't wait to update the rest of my kitchen!

I've never had a fridge that keeps produce good for so long, I am so impressed with the innovative air flow design. It circulates with such efficiency that produce that I would typically have go bad within a week can easily remain fresh for 2-3 weeks. I don't know what else to say, it just works so well! The water and ice system work very well, I love the smaller sized square ice cubes it makes. The ONLY thing that I have noticed is the ice grinding option is a bit on the weaker side but honestly, one can say that just about most fridges with the grinding option.

Refrigerator has been fine. Delivery/ install another story. Arrived with a dent in the front. Not a big deal, but still irritating. This wasn't a purchase of some used appliance from a dent and ding shop. I paid extra for the waterline to be installed. However the agent said the hose purchased for install was to short. (Without measuring anything.) I refused the hose, and did not receive a refund for the hose as told. I installed the waterline with a hose from Home Depot. The original hose purchased would have been fine.

Good size and value at the price point. Samsung cant be beat in TV and Fridge.
