The only 2 things I would change are the fact it doesn't come with a dairy drawer but you can still buy containers for that. Second, is that I have baby/child cups that are small or slim and when I put it in the water dispenser, it pours out onto my hand instead of in the cup. The only way around that is to hold the cup into position with one hand and use another hand to press the trigger to dispense.

To be fair, it is the nicest that fits into the space in our new house, but it is not as nice as the Whirlpool at our old house. This one is cramped for interior space, makes random buzzing noises, and has no illumination in the water/ice dispenser. These are small items, and for the price difference with Whirlpool, should be there. Samsung customer service is terrible. I’ve called about the buzzing, and received no assistance. I’ll buy Samsung televisions, but stick with other brands for a fridge.
