The look is very nice and I love the functionality. I like how the storage compartments are and love the quick grab door. It is a bit of a smaller refrigerator, but it suits me fine. I think the outside could be dented pretty easily, so no rough housing.

The side compartments in the door are deep and spacious even for bigger items. I love how organized my refrigerator is and separates frozen from refrigerated side to side. Extra perk that it crushes or cubes ice and provides you with cool fresh filtered water! Easy to clean and use.

I like that it cools evenly from top to bottom shelves, including items placed in the door. Fingerprint smudges on exteriors are easily removed. With this black stainless, I don’t need to use a special cleaner for the exteriors like I would with regular stainless steel fridges.

When I called to address the issue the rep recommended the Samsung. I'm so glad she did my family and I are loving our new fridge. Plus the exchange was super fast great service I love best buy. Thanks everyone especially during these times.

When i first saw this refrigerator my wife was excited and can, honestly say we have not been disappointed this was a great product for the price i would recommend this product .

The water/ice dispenser its a bit awkward to engage but no big issue. My only complaint is that you have to shut off the water line to change the filter the instructions and that requires moving the unit out of its spot.

However if it had fit, I would have kept it. For stainless, the fingerprints really didnt show. The cooling was even all over and lots of space.
