Keeps food cold and it's beautiful inside. I have a toddler that loves to open the refrigerator door and it has an alarm that goes off when the door is left often so I know when she left it open so I can just go close it. It's beautiful too!

I love the side by side, I can fit anything from pizzas in the freezer to huge pots in the fridge. The shelves come out very easily to clean.

My problem is that in store on the date of purchase, we were told that we would be given $100 gift card if we purchased during this promotion, but this store didn't have our product available and we should purchase online, as we did. However, after talking with customer service spending more than 20 minutes per call on two occasions and returned to the store, we have not received the gift card. We have spent a lot at this store in the past few weeks, but, just seems to be the run around on the promise of a gift card.

Easy to figure out how to use!

Be sure to measure from door trim to the end of the counter..this was a bit wider than I expected yet worth the effort to get it to fit in my kitchen. Lot of room on both sides that I am currently working on filling since getting it delivered two weeks ago.

As refrigerators go, everything is appropriately cold or frozen. I do like the digital display inside that displays temperatures and such. And as with many Samsung products, there audio notification when the door is open. And its easy to clean, inside and out.

It has great room inside and the big selling point for me was the ice maker being on the door which gave more freezer space. I do wish it had handles on it. No problem opening the door at all but easy to get fingerprints on door. However, very ease to wipe off.

Cooling is very uniform from top to bottom, everything cold, nothing frozen. The icemaker works well, but if you are going to have a party, the ice storage is a little small and you may want to store some up over a couple of days.

The freezer side door make noise when opening the other door for some reason. One of the freezer side shelve shattered the first night the fridge was plugged in. Little bit confuse on the how to change the temp setting.
