So far the ice maker is working great, lots of ice on demand. The temperature stays consistent. Both the fridge and freezer have alot of space! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a side by side fridge!

TINY ICE MAKER-NO LIGHT

I have to buy ice now & put it in the ice bin. No light on the water dispenser, so at night you have to turn on lights so you can see & not overflow the cup. Ice cube shape makes water splatter all over. If I looked more carefully I would not have bought this. Not even summer & I have to continually fill the ice bin from bags of ice I have to buy now. 2-3 bags per week & it's winter! REGRET purchasing this as I use a lot of ice & my doggies love ice cubes.

The ice maker is a little on the slow side but for just 2 of us it is enough....summer could be a different story so we will have to wait on that. Overall we love refrigerator.

The only problem I am having is that the ice and water dispenser seems not to be lined up right for my glass. The water and ice end up on the floor.

Best buy also made the delivery date and process very easy and will definitely be buying the rest of my appliances here!

The ice maker took almost 2 days to fill the very first time but has kept up with our constant use since. My biggest complaint is there is no light on the water/ice dispenser

Also the exterior shows finger prints really bad. Having said that I am very satisfied with the service I received from the Longview Texas store

We have not have any issues besides the ice machine running kind of slow but that is not a big deal to us. we are used to having to fill ice trays! our first fridge with an ice maker!

I wasnt sure if I would like the side by side but it has been working out well for us. I also like that there's no handles to work their way loose. Is a finger print magnet,. It every fridge we have owned has this problem.

Only complaints are with the plastic shipping coating they put on it being difficult to remove and the water dispenser lacks a light and the ability to dispense ice and water concurrently. Other than that, it is an excellent product.
