I was looking for months at refrigerators and I started to go with the one that has the bottom freezer but after looking at this one a few times I know I made the right choice for my needs.

I find I prefer this style over the French door because both frozen and refrigerated items I use the most are at eye level. I have several Samsung products and feel they are all high quality.

It does what it needs to do but the ice maker is not reliable. If you live in a warmer climate the ice will melt and build up. Leaving you with no ice.

It was a big upgrade from previous refrigerator. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because ice machine takes a long time to make ice and the water and ice dispenser doesn't have a light.

It talks to you if you leave the fridge door open. The water runs well. Ice cube function could be better. Overall satisfied but not blown away. Inside freezer, the shelves are not cheap.
