Pros: Fair price. Keeps everything perfect temp. Very roomy. Well designed for spaciousness. Great depth and height. Cons: Not enough light. Veggie drawer is small. No light on ice/water dispenser. No tray to catch residual ice/water so water drips on the door to the floor. Pro/Con… I have mixed emotions about the fact that there are no handles. Love that they don’t get in the way but it is a little dual… at least it is with the black stainless. Overall it’s a keeper. Considering the price and all the pros, I’d buy it again.

I love this refrigerator. So far so good, very cold it fits a lot of frozen foods and big enough for one month of groceries. We finally have a filtered ice maker which is very convenient for my kids. No more freezing water to ice. The delivery fee, and haul away fee was very worth it to us, we didn’t have to stress of throwing away our broken fridge. Plus we had our refrigerator installed for free because we spent over $1000 for the refrigerator. I forgot how it worked but the fees were very worth it. Not a single scratch on the refrigerator, when it was the delivered to us and the guys were very cautious of scratching our doors and walls. They were very professional on how they delivered our refrigerator and even gave us instructions to how to use the refrigerator. I definitely recommend purchasing delivery fees and haul away in case you don’t have a big truck to help you load and unload this big. Overall our experience from start to finish was awesome. And I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a good size fridge.

Even though I bought it at a BestBuy Outlet, it had minimal cosmetic issues. Fridge is spacious and cools everything quick, freezer also freezes quick and maintains its temperature well. Easy to move in case you need to, and water line was easy to install. My only complaint is that the water/ice dispenser doesn’t have a light… other than that, great fridge.

I ordered this fridge on Feb 4th 2022 and it was on backorder, so I had to wait until April 4th for delivery. The delivery process was really smooth, got an email the day before and a call 30 min out. The delivery guys were great, fast and efficient, they had to take off my front door to get this beauty in, but that was no problem for them. They set it up explain the features and we were all set, this fridge is much larger than our last and it is simply beautiful, I love everything about it. It runs really quiet and that was surprising with how big it is, no problems with ice being slow to be made as others have stated, it fills up quickly. The only cons are, I wish there were a light in the water section outside of fridge and a smaller bin inside the fridge for butter or cheese.

After having this refrigerator for a few months, it is excellent the only things that are missing are the ability to adjust shelf height, and a light where the ice and water dispenser are. Stays cold easy to clean looks nice. Add those two things. This would be 10/10 as is 9.5/10

We just remodeled our kitchen and got a few new appliances. We chose this one because I prefer the side by side freezer/fridge layout and because we are going with black stainless steel appliances. There is a lot of room in this refrigerator. I like the temperature control and the easy access for the water filter. It seems that it will be easy to clean and so far does a great job of keeping the right temperature. The only reason to give it a 4 instead of 5 stars for me is that there was no deli/cheese drawer in the middle or up top, only two drawers at the bottom. Also, you cannot adjust any of the shelves in the fridge section and only one in the freezer side. Obviously by adding plastic baskets to create better storage you can work with these things but they would have been nice. There also is no light on the ice/water dispenser which was also a change for me. Not a deal breaker but something to adjust to.

This refrigerator is very spacious and it looks fantastic. I have 4 kids and the fingerprint resistant finish truly makes a difference. The ice maker and water dispenser work like a charm. The operation of this unit is very quite as well. My only complaint is that on this brand new samsung refrigerator the samsung logo in the upper right hand corner is crooked. I think this is completely unacceptable. No one , not even my wife noticed until I pointed it out but I see it literally screaming at me every single day. If I knew how to remove it and align it properly I would but I don't want to mess it up worse than it already is.

Great side by side at this price point. Looks fantastic. Great controls for fridge side / freeze side temps. And I tested the actual temps to the control settings. The temp that displays is correct. I have rock solid ice cream again! Ice maker is in freezer door on this model (and they are on most all models now a days) thought it would be a problem, but it’s not. Works great keeps up fine for two adults and a dog. Might have to run extra ice and stow in a separate ice bin in the freezer if I have a large gathering over now and then. But it makes ice fast. The freezer can be set from 5 to -8 degrees f, fridge 44 to 34 degrees f. Freezer door panel has filtered chilled water, filtered cubed ice, crushed ice blue light highlights the active choice. No light for the lower panel dispenser station. Water filter inserts bottom on the fridge side. HAF-QIN/EXP costs approximately $50 each (Samsungs genuine part price). Interior lighting is led, with a kinda blue tint. Shelves are deeper than the last model, seems the cooling ventilation has been reworked resulting in more shelf space. Refrigerator comes delivered with a filter provided. New water connection hose recommended. Very easy hookup, you can do it yourself. Fridge is completely on 4 small wheels to easily move without scratching floors. But is still possible, so be careful. But Best Buy can delivered with hookup installation price too. Make sure you level fridge and separately you must adjust doors so they align at the same height level to each other, otherwise they will make the fridge seem un-level. Handles are hidden in the middle gap between the two doors, pocket handles. A clean nice look & helps reduce space needed for door opening clearance. There is also a door has been left open alarm which can be turned off if that bugs you. Ice maker can also be turned off. And the water dispenser on the outer freezer door can be turned off ( just incase you have a pet that learns how to make water flow by pressing the panels peddle. Nice simple good looking stylish refrigerator!

I like the fridge, is silent, does not release much heat, the fingerprint proof feature really works, I was skeptical about that but it has something that makes it resistant. The space inside is plenty and the water, ice and crushed ice features work well. The water filtered is at decent temperature. The water filter is a bit expensive at 50$ if original, that is for 300 gallons only. There are some other alternatives below 30$ that I will absolutely try. The installers from Best Buy were very careful and did a clean good job.

Super Buy! Great Samsung Refrigerator keeps our stuff COLD. Freezer works great and icemaker makes big cubes that keeps our drinks iced for hours. Storage is awesome. Can easily see what I have. Love the the no fingerprint doors. It’s a Good Looking Spacious Fridge.

This is an awesome fridge for the price paid - it is so spacious compared to the older fridge that was in the home we purchased. Inside, there is plenty of space, we had standard Fridgidaires in the past properties, but this seems to have maximised space much better. We have a lot of stuff, but moved from the old fridge to this it looks more empty (in a good way). The freezer has equally enough space for us as a couple that cooks from scratch most days. The water is perfectly cool, and tastes so clean! Great filter that comes with this. It also provides decent ice, and took overnight to get a decent supply built up. The fridge is also incredibly quiet - I don't really hear it at all! There are a couple of negatives, the fridge could do with an extra door shelf for the freezer, as they only supplied a couple but have space for one more. Also, the water dispenser drips a bit after you get some water. But the tiny irritations are nothing compared to value for money! I'd highly recommend this.

I recently moved into a house that had the original appliances from 1997! I finally gave in and bought a new refrigerator. I’m loving this Samsung refrigerator! It’s very nice looking and extremely roomy! The digital readout for the temperature is a nice touch. Please note that it is a large refrigerator. They had to take the doors off of it in order to have it fit through my doorway into the kitchen, But everything was reassembled fine. I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

Keeps things very cold. Fast ice cube maker. Frozen pizza box easily fits flatly. Shelves not adjustable in refrigerator side and many things need to be stacked. No drainage tray for water dispenser. Front is more of a dark gray rather than black and does show fingerprints. Today we had a screw dispensed in an ice cube...after 3 weeks of ownership.

So far I love this refrigerator, it holds much more stuff than my old one, plus I love that it has door shelves that hold one gallon milk jugs. The ice maker in the door frees up more room to put items in the freezer. There are 4 people in my house and we have yet to run out of ice, so some on here complained about running out, they must be ice freaks or something lol. I also like that it has hidden door handles, looks great! The temp control on it also pretty cool. All in all I love this fridge, it's actually the first new fridge I have ever bought.

This is the replacement product and it works fabulous. The first suffered from delivery or shipping damage and was leaking water in the freezer drawer and dripping constantly from the water dispenser. Also be mindful that this unit does not have cold cut/cheese drawers. I purchased some from bb&b.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The black stainless is beautiful and stays pretty mess free. There is so much room inside and I love how the freezer is top to bottom; also very spacious.

This fridge is absolutely gorgeous and much more spacious from the one old one we had. Our fruits and veggies and milk and no loner going bad due to our new fridge that leaves everything nice and cold.

Love this appliance! It is everything as advertised. Quiet, even cooling, spacious. We bought the regular stainless finish rather than the fingerprint resistant stainless, which has been surprisingly easy to keep clean! We are super pleased with this refrigerator/freezer. Posting the before and after photos - what a difference the stainless makes in our little kitchen (new suite of Samsung appliances)

Nice looking and plenty of space. The issues I have is that the water dispenser is to far away from the pour button. Therefore, you either have to have a really big cup to press the button with while the water pours into the cup or you have to press button with your hand and use you other hand to hold the cup under the dispenser. Also, after 5 months of owning, it just started making noises, in which I have to open the freezer for the noise to stop. Did this for an about two weeks and the just stopped.
