I purchased this fridge and plugged it in immediately after delivery. Unfortunately, it never began cooling properly — both the fridge and freezer stayed in the 60s, even after setting the temperature and turning on Power Freeze. I contacted support and was told someone would come to inspect it — but not for four days, and if it needs to be replaced (which seems likely), that could take another two days following inspection. In the meantime, I’m losing fresh food I just purchased, and it’s becoming both costly and difficult to manage without proper refrigeration. I understand that things happen, but it’s frustrating to have this kind of issue with a brand-new appliance. I hope Samsung and Best Buy take this seriously — this has been a disappointing and expensive experience.

I love the color, Just beautiful shine. The inside doors are very sturdy holds all condiments and more. Nice deep refrigerator. The crispers hold a lot as well.

Lots of room if you are looking for a refrigerator with that option. I love that it shows no fingerprints from my grandkids. I don’t have to constantly clean the outside.

love it looks good, lots of room in the freezer with the ice machine in the door and not on the shelves. The finish is nice although still trying to get that plastic rap off of some places. Overall very happy

Esthetically speaking, the fridge is beautiful. Fit in with my kitchen perfectly. Capacity wise, is a diferent story. While I knew I did not want a extra large capacity refrigerator, this one seemed like a very good idea since it is only three members in the family. Now, I feel I have very limted space. Fills up quick. I do miss the larger drawers.

Very spacious, excellent product overall. Appearance is modern and is a wonderful upgrade for my kitchen.

The product is good like expected. BestBuy delivery service is not great as they unexpected pushed the delivery twice at last moment; total 20 days after it's originally expected. On top of everything, I went to local store at Montgomery, AL. Manager there named John was so unpleasant. He was constantly making fun of my incoviency and made fun my father's medical condition that was intrupted due to delayed delivery of this product. JUST BECAUSE OF JOHN'S RESPONSE, I MAY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BESTBUY.

Over all the fridge works perfectly.. only issue was off loading the fridge. It’s heavier than what looks..

I love my refrigerator, the size is just right and the price was prefect.

Does everything great but make ice, its very slow and ice maker is always empty, especially when hot out.

This unit was to replace the wrong depth unit of the same design. So far, so good. Stays cold, door alarm for the kids, and water and ice have been reliable (during our limited time using).

Great price. Got the TotalTech support. Went from 21 cft to 27 cft with Samsung. Spacious and well designed. Worth the buy.

So far, we love the fridge. The several shelves and two drawers make organizing a breeze. The fridge also has a built in alarm if the door is open too long. Great feature with kids! We love it!

I love this refrigerator it’s so spacious lots of room but I am missing a shelf on the door I have to call and them know . It’s beautiful otherwise.

this product has worked out very well. we had to buy a frig when our other one gave out on us. so it was a quick decision, but we are very pleased with it.
