    Food is starting to freeze in the refrigerator side, not understanding why... The back is bigger than expected in the boxy sense and wide. Although, the front finish is sleek and modern look.

    Great job !!!!!!!!! Very happy with the staff they worked hard on helping me choose the right refrigerator for my rental. So fair for the last few months they had no issues with this product.

    Replaced old dead refrigerator from previous homeowner then replaced new similar unit with smart screen that arrived slightly damaged, needed to be replaced and BBuy did that within a week so worked out well.the smart screen version was awful. Bbuy service/ext warranty appreciated.

    Good fridge, simple but not basic. Ice maker is very slow and seems like it takes forever to get ice to dispense.

    This is an awesome fridge. The ONLY problem I have with it is that it does not have a light over the water and ice dispenser.

    Purchased in July. In November, Fridge and Freezer both warmed up to room temp over a couple of days. Called Samsung and notified all test results, reboot, defrost, etc. and seems like sealed system leak. First repair visit came after seven days. They diagnosed a sealed system leak, but they does not fix leaks - needs a "specialist." Now Samsung is making us wait another 20 days (!) for a repair company to come out for another attempt. Five months it worked, and now we are without a fridge for a at least 27 days. Unacceptable.

    I bought this in sale.. best refrigerator for this price range. Love the size of both compartments. You don’t need to open freezer side every time.

    Overall good fridge, no complaints. I really like the color and being able to wipe off fingerprints without stainless steel polish.

    Loving this fridge! So sleek and stylish. Plenty of room, and the water outlet is so easy to use, easier than any fridge I’ve ever used. I really can’t complain about anything.

    I purchased to be our primary and move the older one outside as a secondary. Well wouldnt you know the old one never restarted! Really dont need it though, this one is huge! Worth every penny

    Had nothing but issues! Wrong address taken then couldn't change the address. Finally got that fixed. Then it got delivered and delivery guys say they cannot install the purchased water line because they weren't plumbers. Had to go back to the store to return the water line. Then the ice maker doesn't work. Finally got someone out and they had to order parts. Day they are supposed to arrive to do the repair, ZERO communication happened. I had to reach out to see when and if someone was coming. Had to do online chat. Was told someone was coming. Afternoon comes around and no one has had any communication. I had to reach out to chat again! Turns out NO ONE was coming. Again, ZERO COMMUNICATION! I wouldn't have known had I not reached out! Worst experience ever! So many people recommended going to the outlet but I don't know if I ever could again because of poor communication from the geek squad! If you receive a great product that provides no issue then maybe the outlet is an option but not if you run into needing some form of a repair! Customer communication must be improved!
