Posted .I'd like to help with this! The doors on the refrigerator are actually adjustable. On page 25 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3ixxq6k) you can find step by step instructions on how to adjust the doors. ^Jecca

Unfortunately, it never began cooling properly — both the fridge and freezer stayed in the 60s, even after setting the temperature and turning on Power Freeze. I contacted support and was told someone would come to inspect it — but not for four days, and if it needs to be replaced (which seems likely), that could take another two days following inspection. In the meantime, I’m losing fresh food I just purchased, and it’s becoming both costly and difficult to manage without proper refrigeration. I understand that things happen, but it’s frustrating to have this kind of issue with a brand-new appliance. I hope Samsung and Best Buy take this seriously — this has been a disappointing and expensive experience.

I have no issues with my ice maker (seen a lot of bad reviews about that). My only complaint, would be that the water flow faster from the door. It just takes too long for my cup to fill (especially when I'm on a hurry). I love that the whole fridge is the same temp. Overwall worth the price
