    Purchase experience was great. Very knowledgeable sales people. Product is excellent and definitely a great choice. Delivery was in a timely manner but people who delivered said that it takes 4 people to take it upstairs. Had to reschedule 3 times the installation since the first two customer service persons screwed up delivery by canceling and not willing to help finally the third person straightened it up. And at the end it took just 2 persons to complete everything.
