Don't buy Samsung appliances

Samsung has flat out lied about replacing everything from a computer to the entire door. It is an attractive looking unit, but who cares. Samsung management agreed to send a check for the entire cost. That was nine months ago! I bought the frig a year ago ! Please heed this warning, buy another brand!

Then there was a big mix up about delivery. Nick got involved and solved the problem in short order but consumed much of his day! I ended up getting what I wanted and the day I needed it....and an additional discount! Nick was extremely professional and polite and prompt!
