    We have had the fridge for a few weeks and it is working well. Makes enough ice for our family though I could see how it could be low for some. Looks good but I have some issues. The plastic that is covering this fridge does not easily come off and there are bits that will likely still be there years from now unless I spend hours taking it off. Also the manual is generic and the leveling process does not apply to this fridge. The doors were not level and there is only one leveling device on the right side as seen in manual. BESTBUY tech support sent me to Samsung and vice-versa. Impossible to get any support at all. Best buy hung up on me several times. The Samsung guy was just USELESS. I got it close enough with a lot of work. Not eager to buy from BESTBUY again, horrible customer service as far as tech support goes. The delivery guys were great and on time and the pre buy people wrere fine too. Just once they sell it to you, you are on your own.

    Seems that the fridge has the same problem with the ice maker. At least it takes only four hours to make a tray of ice. Not to pleased with it. Also is missing the bottom drawer on the freezer side.
