I hate Samsung products

This fridge was nice to the bare eye but there is a noticeable delay inbetween pushing the ice dispenser button and actually hearing the ice dispenser start. The biggest problem, however, is that the dimensions of the fridge doesn’t factor in that the doors need an extra 1-1.5” of clearance to open. This fridge slid in my fridge nook perfectly but then the freezer door wouldn’t open because it was up against a wall. I am returning this because I don’t want to have to cut off the end of my granite countertop to accommodate this fridge.

Tony is his name did excellent job explaining the product. The Representative also explained about the warranty service. The delivery personnel were extremely careful and detailed in what they did. We're still learning about the refrigerator functions.

Great fridge

Well I’m not sure if I didn’t read the fine print but it’s a big but IF THE FRIDGE IS TO BIG THEY HAVE TO TAKE YOUR DOORS DOWN AND RHEY WILL NOT PUT THEM BACK I was ok what else was I going to tell the guy. For this reason I won’t be buying fridge from them again.
