There was a misunderstanding. Couldn't get it in the kitchen, 1/2" larger. What i plan to do is cut my archway and side it in. Question the water line i have that on hold. Once i move it in kitchen i will call geek squad.

Seems to be working as per expectation. This is too short on to rate any appliance. Bestbuy management is requested to be very careful in selecting installation vendors who are respectful and honest in conduct.

Don't buy Samsung appliances

Samsung has flat out lied about replacing everything from a computer to the entire door. It is an attractive looking unit, but who cares. Samsung management agreed to send a check for the entire cost. That was nine months ago! I bought the frig a year ago ! Please heed this warning, buy another brand!
