Everything was great except it came damaged from one of the doors

Ice make is slow and does not privode constant ice

The fridge leaks from the filter. It started small, but now can't use the filter or ice maker without flooding my kitchen. They say it's a part, and since it's past warranty I'd have to pay $300-$600 to get the new parts installed. The filter leaked carbon on the bottom of the fridge, and filled up the basin underneath the bins, which smelled pretty terribly. It's also not the prettiest fridge inside, and the outside gets smudged easily. Buy a different fridge.

I love my new refrigerator However when the men delivered my appliance they just brought it in didn’t plug it in, didn’t level it out or set the refrigerator settings I wished that they had because I’m not sure about the setting with the draws Other than that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW FRIDGE”” WE ARE VERY HAPPY

Samsung Fridgerator works great keeps the food fresh and the ice cream cold as ice. Can even control it with your samsung cellphone app smart things...

Would give 5 stars since the fridge works properly but only have had it a few months and already has 6 dents in the doors. Very soft material which is ridiculous for a appliance that is used multiple times a day. Have no idea to fix it either. Very disappointed. This is my second Samsung appliance and I'm not impressed. The dishwasher that matchs already had the finish coming off. That is less then a year owned. So if you have a home where your family is able to tip toe around the fridge then great but if you have kids who will eventually throw the door open then don't waste your money.

Love this refrigerator , unfortunately I couldn't open one of the door because our rental house has long wall and I miscalculated it. Definitely get another one if I have a little bit bigger refrigerator spot in the future. Best buy made it so easy to exchange me the new refrigerator.

Excellent product excellent pricing and yet great staff in laurel.

It’s so PERFECT!!! Has water and Ice compartment. It can grind your ice as well! It has an alarm , so when your door is accidentally left open it will alert you via a nice tone alarm. It also has a lock where it keeps the kids from messing with the temperatures.

Just got it a couple months ago. I like that it alarms when its left open, specially that I have two toddlers.

Needed a fridge ASAP since ours broken down. So far so good. The color is really nice. Ice machine got stuck but it was an easy fix. However when it was delivered it was missing a freezer door shelf so I don’t have optimal storage. Huge bummer.

So far so good... Delivery, set up and haul-away was a little rough around the edges! Customer service lacking. Getting the plastic wrap off the fridge was annoying...There is still some of it stuck behind the gaskets and crevice's. Not sure how to get it off.

I love it so far. I like how the freezer shelves help organize the food instead of everything piled up. The ice dispenser is a little messy, you have to hold the cup right up to the fridge to REDUCE the amount of ice that spills on the floor…

We are loving our 1st side by side so far, I love that we have an ice maker & water also, never had that iether.

I thought this refrigerator would be like my old one that the ice maker went out. But it does not have the bin capacity for the fruit or vegetable bin; a lot smaller. There is no meat tray either. I bought this refrigerator on line. Don't ever do that again.
