The delivery guys were great and quick. The only thing is my appointment was 7am- 1 pm.,they did not get here until 3:30 and no one called to say anything.i had to call and waited about 40 mins, then got hung up on, and had to call back. But I love my refrigerator.

The black stainless is gorgeous... but I am just a little disappointed it isn't actually fingerprint resistant. The freezer has a power freeze function that is incredible. My veggies and fruits stay so fresh. Great purchase!

Sales person was great, delivery men were fantastic and took care in hook up and take away of the old fridge. The product is obviously much needed, would like it to last more than 9 years though. As they say, they don’t make em like they used to.

I wasn't sold on a side by side but was tired of cleaning under the bottom drawer freezer. It was so hard to get at and too old to be down on the floor. I have just as much room in this and shelves are so much easier to access.

If you are buying online and haven’t seen this fridge in person, keep in mind that black stainless steal is more like dark gray stainless steel. You will be disappointed if you are expecting a true black color. 2. Features are very limited. Other Samsung refrigerators of the same price offer more options for ice, water and additional settings. 3. Unless you have a very contemporary and modern home, this fridge won’t look as good as you visualize it. Fridges with handles look much better overall. My personal opinion. This might as well could be the best option for you, not for me.

The electronic gauges that display digital temperature are useful as well as the bright white LED lighting. The only negative is the ice/water dispenser door does not have a light for my night visits but I knew that when I purchased it.
