It has glass shelving which makes me a little nervous about weight and hard food containers. We replaced the water filter, but cannot get the replacement light to turn off even after looking up and following the instructions.

The door of the fridge was badly damaged when it was delivered on March 31. I was told a new door would be delivered soon. Still no new door as of 4-24-21.

The first one was damaged, the replced it no problem. The new was installed and from the very start,the freezer would fluctuate as much as 20 degrees. Set at Zero. One time you look,,it is 4 above,then you look hours later it is 18 below. Does this everyday all day. They sent out someone from Samsung and they ended up replacing all the electronics. The service technician finally said there was somthing wrong he could not fix. Called Samsung from here and they told him they were going to just replace it. They called me and told I would behearing from someone to set up a delivery time within 48 hours.A week later nothing. I called back and now told they are not replacing and basically they have done all thay are going to do. Going to try and get Geek Squad to get involved. Have always had good luck with them.
