    We really love this fridge. I had a side by side before. I love how streamlined it looks. The fingerprint resistance is great with small kids. The fridge was cold within 4 hours. It was making ice around 6 hours. We discarded the first few trays of ice. Overall I am really happy with the purchase.

    Problems problems problems from the beginning. I water has never worked and the V ice machine gets stuck we have to fish V it the V ice by hand

    Fridge is good overall but if I have to be picky... Not a fan of non-adjustable shelves, no light on the water/ice dispenser, takes 3 seconds before anything is dispensed and there certainly should be 1 more door pocket in the freezer. the bottom area screams for 1.

    I love my new refrigerator However when the men delivered my appliance they just brought it in didn’t plug it in, didn’t level it out or set the refrigerator settings I wished that they had because I’m not sure about the setting with the draws Other than that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW FRIDGE”” WE ARE VERY HAPPY

    The ice is always getting stuck is not worth it. Having to open it all up every day. Never had that problem with my old fridge

    Beware, Overheating

    It was working pretty good for the first year. I placed my hand in between both doors as i was going to bend down and open one of the bottom drawers and I felt a sting and noticed it was so hot it burnt me. I googled searched and read it is a common issue due to some coils in the back. Beware with little ones, and make sure to get warranty.

    Love this refrigerator , unfortunately I couldn't open one of the door because our rental house has long wall and I miscalculated it. Definitely get another one if I have a little bit bigger refrigerator spot in the future. Best buy made it so easy to exchange me the new refrigerator.

    Zero balance on gift card.

    Upon delivery there was a dent on the door. I was offered a $180.00 gift card or I could wait for a new refrigerator. The dent was minimal and I opted for the gift card. When I tried to use it there was a zero balance. I paid with my Best Buy credit card and with $70. From the rewards on my account. Not great.
