The delivery guys were great and quick. The only thing is my appointment was 7am- 1 pm.,they did not get here until 3:30 and no one called to say anything.i had to call and waited about 40 mins, then got hung up on, and had to call back. But I love my refrigerator.

It started small, but now can't use the filter or ice maker without flooding my kitchen. They say it's a part, and since it's past warranty I'd have to pay $300-$600 to get the new parts installed. The filter leaked carbon on the bottom of the fridge, and filled up the basin underneath the bins, which smelled pretty terribly. It's also not the prettiest fridge inside, and the outside gets smudged easily. Buy a different fridge.

I like how the freezer shelves help organize the food instead of everything piled up. The ice dispenser is a little messy, you have to hold the cup right up to the fridge to REDUCE the amount of ice that spills on the floor…

But it does not have the bin capacity for the fruit or vegetable bin; a lot smaller. There is no meat tray either. I bought this refrigerator on line. Don't ever do that again.

The black stainless is gorgeous... but I am just a little disappointed it isn't actually fingerprint resistant. The freezer has a power freeze function that is incredible. My veggies and fruits stay so fresh. Great purchase!

I wasn't sold on a side by side but was tired of cleaning under the bottom drawer freezer. It was so hard to get at and too old to be down on the floor. I have just as much room in this and shelves are so much easier to access.

If you are buying online and haven’t seen this fridge in person, keep in mind that black stainless steal is more like dark gray stainless steel. You will be disappointed if you are expecting a true black color. 2. Features are very limited. Other Samsung refrigerators of the same price offer more options for ice, water and additional settings. 3. Unless you have a very contemporary and modern home, this fridge won’t look as good as you visualize it. Fridges with handles look much better overall. My personal opinion. This might as well could be the best option for you, not for me.

Had a Kitchen aid before and the door shelves made no sense in height and depth. I can store my milk jugs on the door with no problem. I with the shelves were wider, but being a side by side this obviously cannot happen.
