The service from the staff in office was the best I’ve experienced. Additionally, I felt comfortable letting the delivery guys in my home and installing and hooking it up. Very satisfied customer!!

The ice maker works great. There is plenty of space in the freezer and refrigerator side. There is only 2 options I would add. A light where water dispenser is and make it smudge free. Otherwise is perfect for my needs.

It keeps the vegetables edible longer than the previous refrigerator we had for 11 years. The led lights are nice. The ice machine works much better than our older refrigerator. I could not be happier with this.

I love how deep the shelves are and the amount of space on the doors. Another interesting feature is the ice and water machine does not shut off when you open the refrigerator door!! The ice maker takes a while to produce and not that many either. I can see why the unit has a door open alarm, and that's because the doors do not close readily .

The delivery people dropped it off inside right in front of the spot for it. Fridge had wheels and was easy to install the water line and push it into (has wheels)

Kept making a pinging sound enjoyed the features it had but could not put up with the pinging. The geek squad came out and did something with the wiring but still had problems

My old Samsung RS2556BB of 16 years finally went out two days before Thanksgiving. This was in stock and ready for immediate delivery. I've had no issues thus far with the unit. NOTHING is adjustable and it only comes with two drawers on the fridge side. The bottom one is small because of the filter. We got the black SS which has some kind of coating over it that scratches way too easy. My calendar magnets messed the door up the first day. No issues with ice or water.
