Moving to a side by side from a french door was the best decision.the gallon door storage is great.

I read a ton of reviews before purchasing this frig online and I personally absolutely hate it and if I could return it I would! The temp control has been horrendous and it keeps freezing items on the bottom shelf of the frig, there is no butter area in door - I guess that’s just a personal preference - didn’t think about it b/c I’ve always had a slot, ice cubes are square and won’t fit in many of the kids Togo cup mouths, ice shoots out of ice maker and has broken two glasses b/c it is so violent, watch the water coming out or you, the frig and anything around will wear it. No collection piece for water drops. Frig itself is easy to clean including finger prints. Turns out I would prefer three drawers in frig for fruits, veggies, cheeses and deli meats but that is a preference. Shelves aren’t adjustable which is also a downfall in my opinion. Really the temp control is what I hate the most! First delivery team that took old frig and brought wrong frig didn’t follow COVID protocol that Best Buy brags about. Also kept arguing with me about the frig they left being the wrong frig and didn’t own up til after they loaded old Frig then they took back frig they brought and left me with NO frig and after a lot of run around finally got a new delivery date over a week later of correct frig - again meanwhile had NO frig. 2nd delivery team very very efficient and did well with COVID guidelines.

So far we love our new refrigerator. First side by side we have had. Easier to see what is in the freezer, Our last one had a bottom freezer. The ice macnie works great.

We purchased this Fridge and had it delivered in January 2023. In May of 2024, a part on the icemaker broke. To get it repaired was going to costs approximately $400. After making an appointment with Geek Squad to repair it and 8 weeks later, it is still not repaired. My issue is mainly with Best Buy and not so much repairing the fridge. I strongly recommend not purchasing from Best Buy. Price was good on the Fridge, but the service and policies are completely ridiculous and sub-par.

Go with Samsung originally purchased a whirlpool and broke down but I have the total tech which is only $199 a year and they return anything anytime I love it

I wouldn't recommend the black stainless steel. It dents easily.

So far I’m loving it, look great. Only had it for over two weeks hopefully it will hold up. Seen some negative or low ratings but so far so good. I really wanted to give it a five

I have had the refrigerator for about a month and a half and I like it very much. It's very quiet compared to my old standard top freezer model. The freezer works much better too - my old model had a layer of frost on everything in the freezer, this doesn't seem to do that. The water system works great, my favorite feature.

The icemaker is questionable, but other than that love the refrigerator.

I had this refrigerator at my previous house and loved it so I purchased it for my new home. The one thing it lacks is "enough" drawers for meats and cheeses.

Great look outside and inside and excellent capacity

Tons of room inside. Large freezer. Excellent design and use of space (ice maker on door, plenty storage on both doors, deep shelves, etc.). Controls temp well. Even temp distribution.

Love this side by side. The removable ice bucket is wonderful!

Pretty nice refrigerator. The only con is there's no separate drawers for cheese and sandwich meat. Didn't notice until after we brought it into the kitchen.

Purchased and had home delivery service from Best Buy, came in perfect condition, love it!
