However, i paid for water line for install!!! They could not install it because i have a copper line!! I am still waiting for refund of water line!!!!

The temp control has been horrendous and it keeps freezing items on the bottom shelf of the frig, there is no butter area in door - I guess that’s just a personal preference - didn’t think about it b/c I’ve always had a slot, ice cubes are square and won’t fit in many of the kids Togo cup mouths, ice shoots out of ice maker and has broken two glasses b/c it is so violent, watch the water coming out or you, the frig and anything around will wear it. No collection piece for water drops. Frig itself is easy to clean including finger prints. Turns out I would prefer three drawers in frig for fruits, veggies, cheeses and deli meats but that is a preference. Shelves aren’t adjustable which is also a downfall in my opinion. Really the temp control is what I hate the most! First delivery team that took old frig and brought wrong frig didn’t follow COVID protocol that Best Buy brags about. Also kept arguing with me about the frig they left being the wrong frig and didn’t own up til after they loaded old Frig then they took back frig they brought and left me with NO frig and after a lot of run around finally got a new delivery date over a week later of correct frig - again meanwhile had NO frig. 2nd delivery team very very efficient and did well with COVID guidelines.

Poor Customer Service Product issues

They measured frig is measure 68 5/8 on rear, it was delivered and left side is 68 1/2 right side is 68 3/4. Geek squad left it in the middle of kitchen and told me to cut cupboard????? Really. Called and reported issue they sent an installer and he made report that it did not fit. This has been going on for weeks. They tried to make another appt with geek squad, I told them I would like phone call. When I reported again the women on the phone wanted to know what I wanted her to do about it. No resolution and no follow up from Best Buy as the far as the frig obvious poor workmenship, and shelves can not be adjusted.
