Loving my Samsung Refrigerator, I had heard so many negative things about this brand but so far Samsung has exceeded my expectations

Still waiting on Best Buy to contact me. They measured frig is measure 68 5/8 on rear, it was delivered and left side is 68 1/2 right side is 68 3/4. Geek squad left it in the middle of kitchen and told me to cut cupboard????? Really. Called and reported issue they sent an installer and he made report that it did not fit. This has been going on for weeks. They tried to make another appt with geek squad, I told them I would like phone call. When I reported again the women on the phone wanted to know what I wanted her to do about it. No resolution and no follow up from Best Buy as the far as the frig obvious poor workmenship, and shelves can not be adjusted.

I am totally happy with my new refrigerator it’s what I have wanted for along time your sales person was very friendly and extremely helpful

This Samsung side by side refrigerator was delivered on 12/28/2021. It is now 6/23/24, 2 and a half years later. Refrigerator and freezer not working. Only worked for 2 and half years!

I had this refrigerator at my previous house and loved it so I purchased it for my new home. The one thing it lacks is "enough" drawers for meats and cheeses.

So far very good. Freezer soo good fridge same hope last for a good time

The fridge is nice, the only thing Im concerned is that the last bottom drawer it's freezing my vegetables and I haven't really looked into it with the manual. But other than that everything is fine.

This fridge works well keeps items well the only issue is it crushes ice even when you have it on cubed

Does the job but the slide-out bin storage for meat and vegetables at the bottom is limited. Massive amount of storage in on the refrigerator door,

Moving to a side by side from a french door was the best decision.the gallon door storage is great.

Doing the job! Just one thing missing- butter door! Seems like fridges don’t have that these days.

Always the best products and a great price. The deliver team were great they were understating to our wishes to stay on a certain path since we just shampooed the carpet.

So far so good. In love with the new refrigerator. We were looking for something in this price range that would have a in-built waterline and are very impressed with this one.

I have had the refrigerator for about a month and a half and I like it very much. It's very quiet compared to my old standard top freezer model. The freezer works much better too - my old model had a layer of frost on everything in the freezer, this doesn't seem to do that. The water system works great, my favorite feature.

Love it! Perfect fix the kitchen. Love the ice options.

It is big and has lots if room. The ice bin is a little small. I have never had a refrigerator as noisy running as this one. The fan is really loud.

So far so good. We’ve only had it for a month. I will say if counter depth is important don’t get this one. It sticks out a bit but we knew that ahead of time. So no big deal for us.
